安心のスーパーホテル。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが種類豊富。「ぼっち」のご当地のお酒があって楽しかった。

もぅ利用しない。
Pros:

朝食が良かった。ルームウェアとスリッパで全館移動出来るのが良かった。コインランドリーが200円で洗濯・乾燥まで出来て良かった。

Cons:

照明が1つで部屋が暗い。エレベーターが1基しかなくて、エアコンがきいてないので、混むし、暑い。大浴場がある為か、ユニットバスが狭いし、洗面ボールが小さくて床やトイレがビチャビチャになった。鏡が折りたたみで使いにくい。洗面所にコンセントがない。

最悪でした。
Cons:

禁煙・喫煙の表示が分かりにくく、現地到着後に喫煙ルームであることに気づきました。予約時に記載があった点はこちらにも確認不足があったと思いますが、ホテルから事前に届いた予約確認メールには、チェックイン日、料金、キャンセル規定などは記載されていた一方で、喫煙・禁煙についての記載はありませんでした。喫煙・禁煙は宿泊可否に関わる重要な情報であり、予約確認メールにも明確に記載すべきだと思います。

翌日に大事な見学を控えており、タバコの臭いが衣服や髪につくことは避けなければならなかったため、禁煙ルームへの変更をお願いしましたが、空きがないとのことでした。無料キャンセルや一部返金も認められず、全額負担でのキャンセルのみという対応でした。現地にはついており、大変困ってしまいました。そのため、宿泊はせず、別の禁煙ホテルを新たに予約せざるを得ませんでした。

キャンセルは出来ず、温泉のみ利用しましたが、追加タオルも有料でした。また、朝食時間をフロントで確認した際も「書いてあります」とだけ返答され、案内として非常に冷たく感じました。もちろん館内案内に記載があるのかもしれませんが、宿泊者からの基本的な質問には一言案内していただければ済む内容だと思います。

全体として、表示の分かりにくさ、現地到着後の柔軟性のない対応、フロントでの案内の冷たさが重なり、非常に残念でした。喫煙・禁煙の情報はもっと分かりやすく表示し、予約確認メールにも明記していただきたいです。
