I went for 2 days and stayed 3! The hotel was a big part of my decision!
Pros:

ULIV has a safe, accessible, “right on the thick of it location”. Come on, you can walk 7 minutes and be in Zona Rosa and Reforma. Or just step outside and having great coffee and chocolate. The team members were SO KIND, SO HELPFUL as well as RESPECTFUL and FRIENDLY. The reception desk personnel was THE BEST I’ve encountered and I’ve stayed at properties like the Maria Isabel Sheraton and the Sofitel in Mexico City. Clean, safe and with SPECTACULAR views of the marvelous skyline. This place is a hidden jewel.

I like the music on the TV they had Netflix they had prime I really like how spacious the room was. They made my time in Mexico City so convenient. I really enjoyed myself staying there. They told me that the massage therapist can come and see me that was really nice and it was next to everything and not so far from the airport.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tight. The toilet was behind the door, which I didn’t really like that style, but it’s normal and it was convenient and it was a cheap hotel so sometimes that happens.

Misleading photos, an unsafe balcony lock, and rude service.
Pros:

Nothing. From the moment I arrived, I felt disappointed and deceived because the room was nothing like what was advertised.

Cons:

The room looked very different from the advertised photos, and the balcony door did not lock. When I complained, the employee was rude and dismissive, saying, “Well, it has a table, right?” He refused to move us because the room did not match the photos and only moved us because of the broken lock. Booking.com could not resolve it and only offered a $35 future credit.

Too expensive for how cheap the management treats the guests.

The rooms are extremely noisy. Towels and linens are worn out. The linens were stained. We had to ask for extra towels because they only provided one towel per person for five nights. No hand towels or face towels. The soap and toilet paper run out after three days and nobody came to check and replenish. Nobody comes to even pick up the trash.
