Amenities, location, ability to text staff. One staff member went out of their way to help me get something delivered that I needed immediately - which was super helpful!
Response time from staff. Sometimes took more than a day for them to fix what I was needing help with.
Everything was amazing! Ideal location to explore Roma Norte, Condesa and other neighbourhoods! Didn't spend much time in the room but it was cozy to get back to with a working AC that cooled the room quickly!

Concateuction right next door very loud at night with traffic. We asked for towels 2 times and unfortunately had to use the same towels for 2 separate nights.

Can't beat the location! Although nighttime was a but loud with our room facing the Main Street, we enjoyed being able to walk out of the hotel and directly to where we wanted to go. The room itself was large and more space than we needed! We appreciated having a fridge and microwave to store and reheat leftovers from our meals.
It seemed like it was just our room as the public facilities didn't have this issue, but the toilet had issues actually flushing every time. I'm use to pluming inn Latin countries, but this was pretty bad. And the lighting in the bathroom is not great for ladies trying to do their makeup. Bring a travel mirror!
Location and rooftop were nice. The bedding was comfortable, nice comforter. The view was amazing.

Extremely noisy. Cars honking all hours of the night - had the worst sleep at this place during my entire time in Mexico. Average sleep 3-4 hours a night due to the noise.

Overpriced for an apartment. I moved to a hotel in the same area , which was much nicer for half the price.
Molt bona localització. Gimnàs correcte, però millor que molts d'altres hotels. Vistes panoràmiques a la terrassa de l'hotel, brutals!
L'habitació estava neta, però està gastada (rallades a les parets, cops al terra o parets...) això ho milloraria.
Excellent emplacement dans Roma Norte, à côté de restaurants, bars et boutiques sympas. Le quartier est vraiment agréable pour découvrir Mexico City. Appartement spacieux, moderne et bien équipé avec petite cuisine. Supermarché de qualité à 5 mn à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour le secteur.
L’appartement était un peu bruyant car situé sur une grande avenue et fenêtres peu isolantes. Attention quand vous réservez la catégorie de chambre: nous avions réservé un appartement avec chambre séparée mais le salon était en réalité une pièce intérieure sans fenêtre, donc ultra sombre. Nous avons finalement payé un upgrade pour avoir un appartement plus lumineux. La propreté pourrait également être un peu améliorée.
The location was exceptional for touring Roma Norte. The rooftop bar had a great view of the city (just wish they served some sort of food/snacks because we would have stayed longer). The room that we had was very large and also had great views! Overall a good value for what was paid.
Single pane windows! The room was excessively noisy from the confluence of traffic in front of the hotel. Even with ear plugs and moving to a higher floor, it's hard to escape constant honking & sirens. The room was also a little tired and had some maintenance issues (towel rack coming out of the wall, bathroom door handle fell off, and shower tile a bit on the scuzzy side).
Location is great. The hotel is kind of Airbnb so there is no cleaning service unless you order it for $400 MXN. But there is a lobby to check in and you access the room with a key code. Rooms are large with balcony and very clean. Beds are comfortable.
My room was on the 10th floor and the balcony was covered behind another wall with no view. Higher floors appear to have an unobstructed view.
