Amazing stay at an amazing property!
Pros:

The indoor/outdoor gym was amazing, the rooftop area was an absolute vibe, and my room was top notch!

Cons:

The main lobby area was a little cramped at times but that was the only negative. Also, I wish it had a pool on property.

Bonito departamento con instalaciones modernas.
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda, con café de cortesía. La cocina es muy completa, hay aire acondicionado lo que es muy agradable y la ubicación está increíble.

Cool place to stay but not my favorite
Pros:

Very cool roof top & we stayed on the top floor with a cool view. Room had nice shades, an AC and nice tv. Cool place to stay for a night or two.

Cons:

Compared to other neighborhoods in Mexico City, I didn’t like this as much. Condesa was greener, friendlier and quieter.
The room had a great view but we heard construction early in the morning and other loud city noises all night.

Very educated, polite, fast, informative, respectful and friendly.

It was everything we hoped for
Pros:

The room was spacious enough for me and my friends. We had a wonderful time, and the place had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Repetiré siempre que vaya a México
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Las instalaciones están súper bien, y el personal atento a ayudar en lo que se necesita.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es que coloquen coffeemaker en las habitaciones ya que hay una máquina para hacer café con cápsulas pero solo te dan 2 cápsulas de cortesía, el resto hay que ver donde se compran las cápsulas y no para mi que estuve por 7 días fue complicado ponerme a buscar cápsulas. O que se vendan las cápsulas en el hotel.
