I got other charge 8 something as I have to updated how many people living in the studio room. Note we only 3 people 2 adults and one kid under 12 years. Not make sense if we need adjust how many people leaving in the room, the room is studio…

Great location, perfect beds, welcoming staff, breakfast included, room clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and great we had two in our room as we were best friends traveling and have separate needs.
Breakfast included was a wonderful bonus especially seeing Michael - Head Chef a family friend.
Location was perfect for our celebration get together and beautiful meal at the pub bistro.

Great value for a short stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory. A selection of scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, bacon and sausages along with toast, cereal, yoghurt and a selection of fruit.

Cons:

When told that my room would be cleaned, I found that that doesn't include making your bed or vacuuming the floor. It's just fresh towels int he bathroom and that's pretty much it.

GREAT STAY
Pros:

I love to stay here for work purposes, but I would also stay here as a family or a couple.
It's very comfortable, the breakfast is great and what you'd pay $40 pp for at any other hotel.
The rooms are a good size. The amenities are clean and modern.
The rooms have a room service feature. and its close to everything.
The rooms have a western ranch feel with horse pictures which is cute.
oh, they give you free drink coupons for the pub and the pub has great dinner specials!!

Cons:

The sauna is broken and I was keen for a sauna or I'd give you a 10, in saying that a sauna is not an expectation of a roadside motel so it's really a bonus feature as is the pool, basketball and tennis court.
I stay away from home weekly as a sales rep and stay in ALOT of hotels and motels...
I actually look forward to this trip as I like to stay here that much!
