Locatie was goed en personeel was behulpzaam.

Airco wordt geregeld door de receptie , moest continu receptie bellen middennacht wat super irritant was. Lekkage in de badkamer niemand weet hoe of wat , doorgegeven aan de receptie , die hebben gelijk technische dienst laten komen , hij heeft gecheckt en zei vervolgens dat het goed was en weg was ie terwijl t bleef lekken. We waren voor 1 nacht dus hebben we voor de rest niet gevraagd voor een ander kamer , voorlopig komen we hier niet meer.

2 Zimmer, super für 4 Personen (groß), Sauberkeit im Bad 7 von 10 Punkten.
Boden sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider hat es gegen Abend plötzlich nach Rauch gestunken. Schätze vom Nachbarzimmer. Im Raum gab es Aschenbecher. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

Bad könnte sauberer sein. War im allgemeinen aber ok.
Essen 6 von 10 Punkten.
Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig (alt).
Man hört im Bad das Nachbarzimmer.

Bera Konya Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz iki gece gerçekten harikaydı. Otel son derece temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Odalar çok düzenliydi ve her detay özenle düşünülmüştü.

Personelin güler yüzü, profesyonelliği ve misafirperverliği bizi çok etkiledi. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler.

Kahvaltı çok zengin, lezzetli ve kaliteliydi. Sunulan hizmet beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça avantajlı; şehrin önemli noktalarına ulaşım çok kolay.

Fiyat ve hizmet kalitesi kesinlikle mükemmel. Konya’yı tekrar ziyaret ettiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine Bera Konya Hotel’i tercih edeceğiz.

Cons:

I was staying in a suite room but it seems the wall between the two rooms are thin and you can continuously hear the water sound perticularly at night, i am not sure if it's true for other rooms as well but in my room i faced this issue apart from that they should add a few more vegetarian/vegan options and also provide one iron and change the regular TV with smart TV atleast for suit rooms and rest everything was perfectly alright
