I cannot praise the team at Bera Konya Hotel enough for their exceptional hospitality during my stay. Traveling while feeling under the weather is never easy, but the team here went completely above and beyond to take care of me.

The moment they realized I was sick, they kindly arranged for a specialized herbal tea to be brought up to help me recover. It was such a thoughtful, compassionate gesture that you rarely find at standard hotels. On top of that, the welcome basket in the room was spectacular—absolutely loaded with an abundance of fresh fruits and high-quality dry fruits, which was exactly the healthy boost I needed.

Beyond the world-class service, the hotel's ambience is incredible. It strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and beautiful, welcoming aesthetics that make you feel instantly at ease. I am so grateful for their kindness and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A true 5-star experience!

“Konya’daki Bera Otel’de dört günlük konaklamam süresince genel olarak memnun kaldım. Personel oldukça ilgili, saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü. İletişim konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

Cons:

Sadece otopark konusunda zaman zaman sıkıntılar oldu. Özellikle dışarıdan gelen misafirler için bu konuda daha iyi bir düzenleme yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
Bunun dışında oda temizliği konusunda bazı eksiklikler vardı. Temizlik ve oda kontrollerinin biraz daha dikkatli yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odada bazı kırık ve bakımsız noktalar vardı; örneğin klozette kırık ve çıkıklık bulunuyordu. Son gün tamir edilmesi olumlu olsa da, bu tür detayların misafir gelmeden önce kontrol edilmesi gerekir.

A few minor items in the room needed attention. No toothbrush holder or glasses in the bathroom.

Pěkné pokoje, ochotný personál, někteří měli problémy s Angličtinou, ale překladač vše vyřešil. Vynikající snídaně. V okolí nakupní centrum a mnoho bister, restaurací a obchůdků.

Cons:

Hotel stojí na hlučnější křižovatce. Brzy ráno nás budil opravdu hlasitý zvuk mešit.
