Приятная поездка на фестиваль
Pros:

Отличное расположение: приезжали на фестиваль Park.Live, расположение было удобным и для поездки на фестиваль, и для поездок в центр города, и по удаленности к аэропорту.
Завтраки и еда в ресторане просто шикарные, каждый день с удовольствием это отмечали всей компанией.
Понравилось, что встретили в аэропорту и организовали трансфер до отеля!
Сам номер комфортный, ничего лишнего, всё отлично.
Учли все пожелания по номерам, за что отдельное спасибо!
Персонал приветливый, вежливый, приятно было общаться!

Cons:

Единственное, что омрачало поездку - это плохо работающий Wi-Fi: периодически точка становилась недоступной, заменялась на другой SSID, и просто была довольно низкая скорость, если это получится исправить, то цены данному отелю не будет!

I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to Almaty.
Pros:

I picked this hotel because of its location — it's near the airport, and the neighborhood is quiet but still close to restaurants, shops, parks, and a supermarket. The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who gave us great advice on getting to the airport. Everything was clean, including the rooms. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to Almaty.

Pros:

The room was rather small but clean. The bed was comfortable. The furniture is in good condition. The only issue was the shower in our room. It was not done properly and the water leaked through the joints. Otherwise the hotel is nice and very good for its price.

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле между пересадками на рейсы. Номер ьыл чтстый со всем необходимым. Персонал приветливый. В город не ходили, но если от отеля повернуть налево, то можно купить продукты, т.к. там располагается клица с магазинчиками. Особенно зочу отметить кафе в самой гостинице. Работает круглосуточно. Все, что заказывали, было свежее и вкусное по очень приемлимым ценам. За два супа, салат, горячее, закуску, десерт, капучино и литр сока заплатили 41 доллар. Чаевые уже входят в чек. Еще понравился трансфер. Несмотря на задержку рейса в час, дождался нас и обратно приезал точно к назначенному времени. В одну сторону трансфер включен в стоимость номера, обратно - 5000 тенге (около 11 долларов)
