Very nice staff and great location
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful - they provided great suggestions for dining. There is a complimentary tea and sweets provided at the hotel's restaurant as a welcome gesture. Location is great - within walking distance from most attractions in city centre.

Pros:

First, the hotel’s location is ideal, especially if it’s your first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It is centrally located and within easy reach of major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and activities.

The hotel also offers convenient amenities, including an elevator and luggage storage, which was very helpful before our flight. Our room was thoughtfully designed and well decorated, with air conditioning, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and other useful amenities. It was always spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and tidying it every day. The housekeeping staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.

What we appreciated most, however, was the genuine kindness and hospitality of the entire team. We were always greeted with warm smiles, and the staff were attentive to our requests, doing their best to accommodate our needs. A special thank you to Kiet, Tuan Anh, and all the other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made our stay truly memorable. We will always look back on our time at this hotel with warm and happy memories, thanks to the wonderful people who work there. Highly recommended!

Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage in Saigon
Pros:

Gut gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Lage zum Markt. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Da wir einen sehr späten Flug hatten, durften wir unser Gepäck umsonst aufbewahren und vor Abreise noch die Duschen im Spabereich nutzen. Das war sehr angenehm.

Clean, nice and very central.
Pros:

It fulfilled my wish to stay in hotel not so expensive but also nice after business meetings for weekend in city, last minute I decided to go to Hoi An for one night and they moved my luggage between rooms. The staff, breakfast everything was great. They have pool but I did not use.

Cons:

Standard Rooms are very small, as I extended by 1 day they could not keep in same room and I had to move, second room was better size.

Comfortable Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The hotel is also very well located and easy to access, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips.

Cons:

Nothing major to highlight. The only minor point is that the spa is located very close to the pool area, so there can be some noise while receiving a massage. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Modern hotel, perfect location, exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms were modern and well equipped. The hotels position was very central which made exploring the city very easy.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be improved. Some muesli or granola would be great!

Pros:

Amazing staff who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location is great, rooms were clean and modern, laundry service was good, cheap & efficient. Breakfast buffet had a good selection each day, pool area and spa services were good too.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small. There was no separation between the shower and the toilet it’s all one shared spaced divided by a curtain. Not the end of the world for a short stay but definitely something to consider for families or longer stays.

Great value staff in the heart of HCM.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. So accommodating and friendly. The bed was absolutely huge. I am 175cm and it was wider than me. Perfect for a couple and their toddler. We got a free afternoon tea which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

The breakfast pastries could be improved for freshness.
