Not 5star hotel
Pros:

The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel’s cleanliness, facilities and overall comfort did not justify its price or five-star rating.

Cons:

We arrived around 8 pm after a long journey and had to queue to check in, with only one staff member handling arrivals. It felt understaffed rather than a fault of the person working.

Cleanliness was our biggest concern. The slippers appeared to have been reused without proper cleaning and had hair on them. The reusable bath mat also left us questioning how thoroughly it was cleaned between guests. Visibly stained bedsheets were remade rather than replaced unless we specifically requested a change, and pillows we had placed on the floor were returned to the bed.

Most unpleasantly, the floor was so dirty and sticky that items placed on it picked up residue. This spoiled our prayer mat, which was particularly upsetting.

The room was very small, and the bed consisted of two single beds pushed together rather than one double mattress, which added to the disappointing sense of comfort. The robes felt thin, towels were provided sparingly, and the toiletries felt cheap. There was no hand lotion, and we could not find a hairdryer.

The Wi-Fi was the worst we experienced across the hotels on our trip, and breakfast offered a very limited selection for a hotel in this price category. The only complimentary minibar items were two refillable water bottles, with no clear information about the drinking water’s source.

Overall, we never felt truly comfortable or able to relax. The cleanliness concerns left us feeling on edge throughout, and much of what was provided felt cheap despite the price we paid.

Having stayed at several hotels during this trip, this fell well below our expectations of a five-star stay. The staff deserve credit for their kindness, but management needs to address housekeeping, room comfort and the quality of the amenities. Friendly service alone cannot make up for these shortcomings.

Great value and location
Pros:

Great spot close to basically all the good tourist spots. Value for money was really good, breakfast was really nice with a good selection, and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Anh and Truc were very helpful also during check out and made the stay end smoothly.

Cons:

Nothing bad to mention, everything was fine during our stay.

Pros:

HOTEL : bien place dans Saigon , a quelques minutes du marche , restaurant ........Dans le district 1

Cons:

PISCINE : petite située sur le toit de l hôtel , uniquement que 5 transats . Il y a 1WC et 1 douche a cote pour avant et après .
Décoration chambre bien mais chambre assez petite. salle de bain petite , elle est compose d'une douche , wc au milieu et d'une toute petite baignoire . a chaque fois , que l'on ouvre la porte , elle se cogne sur les wc , très difficile a se mouvoir a l intérieur. attention chambre avec vue rue , bruyante .
concernant le petit déjeuner : variée, beaucoup de fruits , pas de viennoiserie mais du pain mie blanc et complet . 2 types de jus est propose chaque jour . , 1 soupe PHO aussi et possibilité d'avoir : omelette, oeuf sur le plat , oeuf brouille .
BAR: pas bien mis en avant et manque de personnalité , dommage
SPA : très petit et sombre , mérite de faire un peu de rénovation pour améliorer l'ambiance SPA

Fabulous. A great space to come back to after a big day in Saigon
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast with east and west variety.
Location is in the middle of “vibrant” Saigon , busy as soon as you walk out the door but the room was very quiet at night. Excellent design ang creative topic he’d theoughout. A pretty hotel !

An excellent stay
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to help you with anything I needed. Example a gift we had bought withe us needed to be wrapped for a wedding and they got it sorted nothing was too much bother for them a special thank you to Nhu and the whole team..
Every staff member in the hotel went out of there way to help you or just say hi with a big smile
