Pros:

Location: central to park, markets and food. You can easily walk to main spots.
Hotel: boutique, clean, and comfortable.
Staff: honestly, amazing. Nhu goes out of her way. She even shared updates on my father when we went out for the day and he was hanging around alone. It’s shows when someone truly loves their job.

All in all, great all round place.

1 lift, but never had to wait too long

Great hotel and location, would recommend
Pros:

Great hotel and location, very close to a lot of things. Bed was super comfortable, we had a triple room and there was plenty of room for 3 people. Others in our group had a standard room and some of those rooms were quite small and the shower sitting right where the door opens. They also provided complimentary tea and sweets which was nice touch and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our stay in Vietnam.

Tastefully decorated and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Central located in district 1 meaning landmarks were easy to get to. Warm greeting on arrival and a lovely room. We stayed in a family room that had a double and a single, a little seating area and a separate bathroom. The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated. There is a small pool and spa on the rooftop. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Very little not to like about the hotel. There are a couple of nearby massage parlours that bring the tone of the neighbourhood down a little but the hotel cannot choose who occupies buildings on the next road along.

Cons:

Bathroom had some mould which you could smell on entrance to the room. We advised the staff and they said they d get straight onto it

Cons:

The breakfast room is small and so is the selection of food. The freshly made omelettes were delicious. Some of the food looked stale. The coffee was undrinkable.
