Pros:

I visited Tashkent to attend a friend's wedding. I chose this hotel simply because it was near my friend's house, but I'm grateful that it was truly comfortable and allowed me to experience authentic Uzbek life, being a little removed from the tourist areas. The staff were wonderful, and I'm especially grateful for their excellent taxi arrangements, as it was difficult for me to walk around in a Japanese kimono.
Thank you so much I chose this hotel next time too!

Great employees and excellent hotel
Pros:

Everything is great. The staff is very special. They helped me with everything. They even brought a free cake for my wife's birthday. I thank Shahzod and the rest of the young employees who brought the cake and the nice girl with them. The hotel is very nice and excellent I recommend it. Thank you guys

Pros:

Больше всего понравилось отношение персонала, в частности Асодбека, который был всегда открыт к решению каких-либо возникающих вопросов. Большой плюс наличие парковки для тех кто едет на авто.

Value for money except no lift in the premises
Pros:

Front desk staffs are very friendly and supportive specially Mr Shahazod is very kind and humble, a good soul

Cons:

No courtesy smile or recognition of by passer from cleaning staff excluding front desk, lift is required
