The staff were professional and very helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to the two girls at the reception; they were very friendly and welcoming, although I forgot to ask for their names.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with the laundry service. They damaged a T-shirt that is very special and valuable to me. I expected much better care and attention to personal items.

Pros:

Отель расположен в отличном тихом, но в то же время туристическом районе. До площади меньше 5 минут ходьбы. Улица чистая, современная, тихая. Много кафе и магазинов. Персонал вежливый, откликались на любую просьбу. Завтраки шведский стол, на любой вкус. Очень вкусно все. Кровати удобные. Постель белоснежная. В номере есть гигиенические принадлежности, чай, кофе. В общем очень хорошо за свои деньги!

Cons:

Старая мебель, номер тесноват, сан узел немного требует ремонта. Но это никак не повлияло на комфортное проживание.
