Die Unterkunft war sauber, relativ neu (2024), Parkplatz auf dem Hof und kleinesFrühstück direkt vor Ort. Die Unterkunft wird liebevoll Familiär geführt. Die Familie ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es wird sich sofort um alles gekümmert.

Great family hotel, clean, not in the crowded Saranda but just 5 min to the city and 15 min to Ksamil, there is also a beach near by, we ve had good breakfast, parking inside the property, people very friendly, you can also have dinner if you want with traditional Albanian food.

Przemiły personel, obiekt nowy, czysty. Na miejscu bar. Dobre śniadanie które można zjeść w klimatyzowanym pomieszczeniu lub na zewnątrz. W pobliżu dwa sklepy z podstawowymi produktami. 5 minut pieszo do plaży przy której jest restauracja. Cicha okolica, poza centrum.

Everything was new in apartment and the hosts- they are so kind and welcoming , I felt like a family member. Breakfast was meant for me alone but there was so much food like for all family. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Loved it

Amazing stay! It's a brand new hotel runed by a family that is very sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the booking description (it said there was a balcony on the room but there wasn't) and we got upgraded to a bigger and better room with no additional price.
The best bits:
1. The breakfast is amazing and it changes slightly everyday
2. Extremely clean
3. Parking included in the property
4. Beautiful decoration, big rooms and bathroom
5. Bed was very confortable
6. The staff really made us feel at home

Overall, we loved our stay and wish a great success to the owners :)

Posizione comoda, parcheggio molto comodo, camera spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Buona la colazione, staff gentilissimo e preparato, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio e super disponibili.
Hotel vicinissimo a una bellissima spiaggia.
Ottimo anche il prezzo!

Propreté, service, personnel gentil

Gostei de tudo, tudo limpo e arrumado. Fica numa zona tranquila e 5 minutos a pé de uma das praias. A família do hotel era muito simpática e prestável. Das pessoas mais simpáticas em hotel por onde já passei. Recomendo imenso.

Чудове місце для відпочинку, смачні сніданки, кожен день прибирання номерів та дуже приємний персонал, який завжди охоче іде назустріч. Дуже спокійна, зручна локація з паркінгом.

Very lovely family hotel or guest house. It;s brand new, and they will do whatever to make you feel at home. Location is also conveniente as you'll be in between Ksamil and Sarande, so it gives you options to visit any of the beaches around.
Breakfast is really good, they make your room everyday, and shower is absolutely fantastic.

L’établissement est propre et neuf, le personnels est chaleureux et accueillant, tellement gentil, ils nous on préparé le petit dej le soir de notre dernier jour pour qu’on puisse en profiter le jour de notre départ à 4h du matin. Ils étaient toujours à nous demander ce que nous allions faire, nous conseiller pour les endroits à visiter, très bon hôtel!
