Easy free parking and wonderful food with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Easy free parking, restaurant food was amazing and catered for my gluten intolerance at breakfast as well. Had full English which was fantastic.
Staff really friendly and accommodating.

Perfect overnight stay
Pros:

Great location with parking. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant looked great we should have eat there but went uptown instead, however the breakfast quality and cooking were exceptional as was the coffee!

Cons:

The room was a bit pokey, if you like more space upgrade to a bigger room.

We had 5 rooms between us and everyone was happy we have visited Bridgnorth many times over the yea

Lots of very good points but be aware no food available Mon/Tue.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very helpful. Everywhere was spotless. Car parking was great and free.
Natasha was lovely , polite and attentive. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good quality.
The studio room was large and very comfortable.
When the hotel restaurant opened on the Wednesday night the food was exceptional but be prepared to pay for it, we considered it excellent value.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and for a large person the shower was not really adequate, but I managed😊
The location was great but be aware, if you want to go to the upper town transport is virtually non existent. We were warned taxis were hard to come by in the evenings , the cliff railway last run is 1800. The hotel has NO dinning or snack facilities Monday /Tuesday and the eating establishments in the lower town were very limited in choice.
