Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days of the year and the room was on the top floor. We had a fan and opened the windows but the room was still too hot and there was alot of road noise throughout the night. This led to a very uncomfortable night.Also the shower needed updating.

Unfortunately it was a heatwave and they don’t have air conditioning. It was a very small room.

The food ... on the one evening out of three the restaurant was open!

Welcoming friendly hotel in the best location.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and welcoming, great room, clean and bright.
Friendly staff happy to help.
Convenient free parking out the back.
Great breakfast choice, I especially loved the little pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
Hotel location is right in the centre of low town which makes it very convenient to get everywhere.

Cons:

Only slight thing was that the single beds could be a little wider as they felt small.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, and ideal with the parking included due to the limited amount of parking within the town itself. Breakfast was great, with excellent service from the staff.

Cons:

Perhaps the addition of black out blinds for the street facing rooms may be beneficial due to the level of light pollution.

Good central location
Pros:

Perfect to find a 3 bedded room for myself and 2 adult daughters walking up the river . Good central location so lots of meal options in local area. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast . Excellent shower

Cons:

Bit noisy at night but that's because it was in the town centre.
