Nem volt wc papír a mosdóba. A törölköző nem szívta be a vizet. Fizetős klíma. Vékony falak,athallani a szomszéd szobában lakókat.

Frühstück muss nach karte bereits am vortag bestellt werden - hat dann doch gedauert bis der teller kam, leider wenig Auswahl....

7:30 előtt sajnos nem lehet kv-t fogyasztani, ez a korán kelőknek talán hiányozhat, ha nem visz magával.

Na miejscu dowiadujesz się, że cena za pokój wynosi więcej niż na bookingu. Pan w recepcji tłumaczy łamanym angielskim, że to podatek (na bookingu była ta cena ostateczna i zawierała wszelkie opłaty), a że jest północ, a człowiek ledwo żyje po długiej podróży, to recepcjonista wie, że i tak zapłacisz, bo przecież o północy nie będziesz szukać innego miejsca, a za kilka godzin jedziesz dalej do Chorwacji, więc chcesz się szybko położyć i odpocząć. Nie polecam ze względu na takie praktyki i wyłudzanie pieniędzy. Dla mnie to trochę jak kradzież. Przykre... Jest w tej miejscowości wiele innych obiektów, może tam jest uczciwiej...

Drzwi do pokoju się nie domykaly. Od każdej osoby została pobrana opłata za klimę. Była nas czwórka, Ciekaw jestem gdyby tylko jedna osoba zadeklarowała. Zero pomocy od personelu. Na dole restauracja nie przyjmowała gości, a byly wolne miejsca, musieliśmy szukać posiłku na mieście

A fürdő, főleg a zuhany szűkös és kissé elhanyagolt. A szobai fény kevés. Reggelit előre kellett kérni, és fizetni, és nagyon kicsi a válászték, zöldségek egyáltalán nem voltak elérhetőek. Nem kértünk légkondit plusz pénzért, az ablak kicsi, az utca zajos, kevéssé lehetett szellőztetni, mert nincs szúnyogháló. Mivel az éttermet, bárt külön cég működteti, néha reggel nem lehetett éltető kávéhoz jutni.

Reggeli aránytalanul drága, az innivalót külön kell megvenni, Még csapvizet sem adtak. Fürdő/WC tisztasága nálam 1-es, wc papír minimális mennyiség.
Klíma használata külön fizetős.

Čo ma naozaj veľmi zarazilo bola klíma za príplatok a chýbala rýchlovarná kanvica. Ubytovanie je pri dosť frekventovanej ulici,kde bol počuť v noci autá.
Chcela by som však upozorniť na problém s platbou. Platbu nebolo možné uhradiť cez Booking, ale iba priamo na mieste. Zároveň nám bola účtovaná vyššia suma, než aká bola uvedená v potvrdení rezervácie cez Booking. (cca o 17€)

Cena jiná ( samozřejmě vyšší) než bylo uvedeno. Co se týká úklidu tak v koupelně zašlá špína a prach. Vyfocenou mám pouze toaletu jelikož v koupelně nefungovalo světlo.

The property was not as described on the website and falls well below applicable EU consumer protection standards, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) regarding conformity of services. The shower was not working, the property was mouldy, the door could barely be opened, and there was insufficient usable space, all of which constitute a clear lack of conformity and a breach of contract entitling us to a refund.

We were charged more than the price advertised on Booking.com, and were also required to pay additional fees for air conditioning that were not clearly and transparently disclosed in the listing. This is inconsistent with EU requirements on price transparency and may also fall under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC).

The property was in a very poor condition and had clearly not been properly cleaned, falling significantly below the standard reasonably expected under EU consumer law. It smelt strongly of cigarettes, there was no soap provided, the bedding was dirty, and the beds were broken and extremely uncomfortable, all of which further demonstrate a lack of conformity with the advertised service.

We also observed an unusual level of comings and goings from different visitors, which was not disclosed in the listing and raises concerns about the actual use and nature of the property. This omission is misleading and not in line with the requirement for clear and accurate information under EU consumer protection rules.

Overall, the standard of accommodation was significantly below what was advertised and paid for, and well below EU legal standards of conformity and fair trading. We therefore request a full refund on the basis that the service provided was not as described and not in conformity with the contract.
