Las ventanas del salón no se pueden abrir y había mala ventilación, olía mucho a comida. Faltaba jabón de manos desde el primer día, no estaba del todo limpio. Había bastantes cámaras por la casa y daba la sensación de sentirse observado. Hay que pagar para hacer uso de la lavadora y solo hay un baño para 4 habitaciones.

There was a distinctive odor in the entire space. A restaurant underneath the apartment? Another guest cooked something unusual? The bathroom trash was pretty full and the common areas were quite warm.

No one responsible was present, and nobody would open the door. When I arrived, a person who was neither an employee nor the owner, but some acquaintance left in their place, didn’t know where to place me and gave me the wrong room, and the person it had been assigned to came in. The owner insulted me very severely over the phone, shouting at me with great aggression after telling me that he had sent me the details (the password) via Booking message. And he did, but right at 5:00 PM (!), the check-in time (!). But I had already told him in advance that I didn’t have internet in Canada, and he ignored that message.
On top of that, the place is hard to find because there’s no signage and the entrance is very small, the shower doesn’t work well, they don’t put a towel in the room and you have to guess that you’re supposed to take one from the bathroom, and the entrance is very dangerous (some steep stairs immediately after a door, and the door mechanism for entering the password doesn’t work).

Ningún responsable estaba presente y no abría la puerta nadie. Al llegar, una persona que no era empleada o propietaria, sino algún conocido que dejó a cambio, no sabía dónde ubicarme y me dio una habitación equivocada, y entró la persona a la que le había sido asignada. El propietario me insultó muy gravemente por teléfono gritándome con una gran agresividad tras decirme que me había enviado los detalles (la contraseña) por mensaje de Booking. Y lo hizo, pero justo a las 17:00 (!), hora del check-in (!). Pero yo le había avisado previamente de que no tenía internet en Canadá e ignoró ese mensaje.
Además de eso, el lugar es difícil de encontrar porque no hay nada señalizado y la entrada es muy pequeña, la ducha no funciona bien, no ponen toalla en la habitación y uno tiene que adivinar que hay que cogerla en el baño, la entrada es muy peligrosa (unas escaleras con mucha pendiente inmediatamente después de una puerta, el mecanismo de la puerta con el que se introduce la contraseña falla con frecuencia, siempre pasa luz por la puerta de la habitación y por las ventanas, etc..
