Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Queda cerca de la explanada de España y de restaurantes. También cerca de la estación luceros del tranvia. La habitación es cómoda, limpia, con buen aire acondicionado

The locations, really close to the beaches and the city centre and lots of restaurants/cafe

The hotel rooms are also really nice

Noise level was good, with ear-plugs I could sleep without problems

Cons:

There is no receptions despite the fact that in booking they mention 24h. You do not get a physical card but you open the main entrance and the room with an app... This means that if for whatever reason you are without internet or the phone has a discharged battery or it is broken/stolen you do not have a way to enter your room.
They are just reachable via WhatsApp and also not a really convenient approach if you want to leave the luggage after check-out.

There is no cleaning during the stay and in summer with the sands it is a bit inconvenient

There are free capsules and a Nespresso machine but, as there is no cleaning, there is no refill of the capsule

There are good shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner or body cream that would be beneficial in summer

Cons:

He puntuado el personal lo más bajo porque no vimos a nadie. Pero nos enviaron todas las indicaciones y enlaces para poder acceder sin problemas.

La ubicación,el tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama. Es muy espacioso y tienen bastante luz. El detalle del jabón de la marca Ritual y la máquina de café. La salida era a las 11.00 horas y pude alargarlo una hora.

Cons:

No hay recepción pero si llamas al teléfono de contacto inmediatamente te atiende un chico agradable que te soluciona cualquier contratiempo en el aparcamiento.

Habitación muy limpia y acogedora, yo creo que había sido reformada hacía poco.
Pros:

En un lugar muy céntrico que nos permitió visitar la ciudad a pie.

Cons:

En general todo muy bien, pero al no haber personal, no pudimos dejar las maletas para que nos la guardaran hasta que no vineron a hacer las habitaciones, como se iban a las 13:00h, tampoco las pudimos dejar mucho tiempo para seguir visitando la ciudad.

Todo estaba bien. estaba bien ubicado, tenía aire acondicionado y era agradable. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron los ruido de la calle y el hecho de que se escuchaban los sonidos de otras habitaciones.
