Modern, quiet and comfortable stay
Pros:

Excellent stay. The self check-in system was modern, easy to use and very convenient. We were able to leave our backpacks before check-in, and communication through WhatsApp was quick and efficient.
The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and well equipped, with air conditioning, a safe, minibar, excellent shower and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the train station.
Despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, which allowed us to sleep very well during our stay.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything worked very well for us, and we had an excellent stay.

If I had to mention one point, it would be that the property is advertised as having a 24-hour reception, which may suggest that staff are available on site at all times. In reality, everything is managed digitally, and we did not meet any staff members during our stay.

This was not a problem for us at all, as communication via WhatsApp was quick and efficient, and the system worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent well designed centrally located room!
Pros:

Great location and very good for exploring old town Alicante as well as covenient for Tram and buses. The owners use WhatsApp/email and a secure link to access the doors or a key card if you need it, just remember to pull the front door towards you! The sound proofing is also great as a couple of local bars below and we couldn't hear anything. The air con is very good and the glass shower/toilet is a design statement. You can also request an early check in or late checkout, we changed our checkout from 11:00 to 12:00.

Cons:

There was anything that we didn't like.

Comfortable , clean and great location
Pros:

Perfect for a city break great location . Compact room but had everything you needed including hair dryer . Comfortable bed great Air Con

Cons:

No complaints as such apart from one issue when we returned from dinner the lift was out of order and my husband struggled to get up to the room on 2nd floor as he has a knee injury and it still wasn’t working on our departure the next morning

Habitación oscura y húmeda
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación del alojamiento. Está cerca de todo los servicios del centro de la ciudad, de la playa… La cama también es bastante cómoda y grande.

Cons:

Lo peor fue la olor a humedad de la habitación, era bastante desagradable. Lo comuniqué y lo único que me dijeron es que lo pasarían al servicio de limpieza, pero no me ofrecieron ninguna solución. La habitación era muy oscura, daba a un partió interior y apenas entraba luz natural. Dentro de la habitación no había cobertura del móvil, no entraban las llamadas ni podía hacerlas. Tuve que salir del edificio para hablar por el móvil.
El lavabo se movía y parecía que se podía caer en cualquier momento.
Habitación con diseño demasiado minimalista para mi gusto y todo se hace online sin servicio de recepción.
