Pros:

Staff was so good ..they were helping beyond their facilities..

Cons:

Even the location was near rustaveli road but 0u have to climb up the hill to reach...there is noproper lights in the streets...very scary for tourists....

Cons:

The problem was that the room was way too small for two people. Also smaller than it looked in the pictures and description. We were celebrating our 1st year marriage anniversary, but we were really disappointed that the room was so small. We had to climb over eaxh other to even go to the bathroom. Besides that, the room was ok. Clean etc. But just way too small

Pros:

Отель расположен на тихой улице за Парламентом, до метро 10 минут ходьбы, рядом кафе, где готовят недорого и вкусно.
Персонал говорит на русском, готов помочь в решении любых вопросов.
Номер довольно просторный с небольшим балконом со столиком, стульями и видом на Мтацминду.
Очень удобная большая кровать, хорошее постельное бельё, много розеток, есть различные варианты освещения.
Холодильник так хорошо работает, что на на верхней полке под морозильным отделением замерзла клубника и мы её использовали вместо льда.

На завтрак : сосиски, яичница, вареные яйца, оладьи с вареньем/медом, овощной салат, нарезка колбас и сыра, нарезанный фрукт,через день - каша, чай/кофе в пакетиках.

На случай дождя есть несколько зонтов.

Cons:

В душевой по сторонам разбрызгивается вода из-за узкой стеклянной перегородки.

The apartment was quite small and not very comfortable for three people, especially since the child had to sleep right next to the door.
The kitchen staff prepared and served food while dressed in a way that did not professional.
When working in a kitchen, staff should wear clean and appropriate clothing, with properly covered clothing and good hygiene standards, as it gives guests confidence in the cleanliness and safety of the food preparation.


The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and nervous, and someone who appeared to be the manager kept staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable as a woman.
I understand that running a place like this is not easy, but with some improvements in organization, professionalism, hygiene standards, and guest comfort, the place could receive much better ratings.

Расположение отеля хорошее, близко от основных достопримечательностей. В номере чайник, кружки, шампунь, гель.

Cons:

Завтраки однообразные, мало выбора блюд и десертов. В номере не работала ручка окна для проветривания. Столик в номере маленький. Требовалось постоянно просить, чтобы убрали, принесли ванные принадлежности.

Czystość, blisko centrum. Ogólnie bardzo fajny hotelik tylko do poprawy śniadania lub rezygnacja z serwowania..

Cons:

Nie polecam śniadania, kawa torebka, herbata torebka, parówki w papierku .... Wystarczyłoby jakieś naleśniki, jajko, ogórek i pomidor i byłoby ok. Wędliny można sobie darować...
