Only stayed for one night. The staff was very generous and kind, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bed was quite comfy too.
Location fantastic given our purpose (concert in Meo Arena)
Close enough to the bus station
And easy to uber or take the metro into downtown Lisbon
The only thing I liked less, was the elevator system. There were 3 if I’m not mistaken, and it took forever for one to arrive, like more than 3min or even 5min
After the concert, given that there were a lot of people staying at the same hotel, it was impossible to get an elevator, so we decided to take the stairs 12 levels up, but otherwise we would have had to wait more than 1h probably

Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Ich habe noch nirgends auf der Welt so eine Ignoranz erlebt.
Es funktionierten nur 2 von 3 Aufzügen,was häufig eine lange Wartezeit mit sich brachte. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist nimmt man lieber die Treppe.
Unser Fenster ging nicht zu öffnen. Die Bitte,dies zu beheben stieß leider auf taube Ohren.

Vista bonita para o rio Tejo, só é pena os vidros estarem demasiado sujos para a aproveitar.
