La ubicacion , el personal es muy bueno, está todo cerca y es muy cómodo nos gustó mucho las habitaciones son muy amplias y disponen de todo aunque son algo antiguas…por lo general muy contentos.
El bufet es muy pequeño, no cambiaban las comidas siempre lo mismo, estaba bueno, pero había poca variedad en los snacks siempre era lo mismo y las bebidas poca variedad en cócteles, las instalaciones de la habitación eran un poco antiguas, pero ya eso lo sabía en lo general estaba bastante bien.
The apartment-style room with a kitchen is very spacious, but extremely dated.
For an all-inclusive experience, I expected a much higher standard when it came to both the food quality and the variety of the menus. The meals are decent, but they feel uninspired and disconnected from both professional gastronomy and any sense of contemporary dining. Like many places in Portugal, the entire experience feels somewhat stuck in the 90s.
All-inclusive resorts are usually expected to offer a wider range of cuisines, better-quality branded beverages, and at the very least fresh juice. Here, there was no fresh juice at all, which honestly felt absurd for this type of hotel. Another uncomfortable aspect was the dining service itself: waiters constantly circle the tables asking to clear plates, creating a rushed and slightly stressful atmosphere instead of a relaxed one. On top of that, there is an absurd amount of noise coming from the plate collection station every time used dishes are dropped off.
The desserts were also completely uninspired. Portugal is certainly not known as a world-class dessert destination. The hotel would seriously benefit from hiring a French or Brazilian pastry chef to elevate this part of the experience, because at the moment the desserts fail to stand out in any way.
As for the accommodation, the apartment-style room with a kitchen is very spacious, but again, extremely dated. There’s no sense of design or attention to modern hospitality standards. That outdated mindset ends up affecting the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel feels like a family-run business managed by someone very traditional and conservative, with little interest in modernizing or evolving the guest experience.
If you’re traveling solo, be aware that the hotel is heavily oriented toward families, which naturally means constant noise from children around the pool and dining areas.

Palikām šajā viesnīcā vienu nakti. Numuriņš bija ļoti plaš - guļamistaba, dzīvojamā istaba, virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo un balkons. Lieliski piemērots ģimenēm ar bērniem. Ir iespējams rezervēt kā tikai brokastis, tā puspansiju.

Atendimento para resolução de problemas ruim, uma vez que se é possível solicitar se quer cama de casal e a hospedagem diz que sua escolha é indiferente e eles te fornecem o que tem, deve ser removido a opção, cafe da manhã com poucas opções, sem ar condicionado no quarto apenas na sala onde é indiferente, a hospedagem disse que resolveria minha situação com relação a cama e levou o dia inteiro e nenhuma resolução foi dada, realizei o check-out e reservei outro apartamento para concluir o fim de semana, sem conforto nenhum, passamos a noite em um colchão no chão pois o solicitado antes de realizar o check-in não foi realizado, check-in 22:30 22/05 check-out 14:35 23/05, experiência ruim
