Cons:

The room I booked through the app was not there when I went to the hotel. The staff says that the rooms are already booked and no rooms were available. And they are charging double amount for the room that need to book directly in the hotel. Wtf

Pros:

Extremely bad experience. The hotel accepted the booking but later did not allow foreign guests. If such restrictions exist, they should be clearly mentioned before confirming reservations. We trusted the booking and traveled there, only to waste 4–5 hours facing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This was misleading and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this property.”

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The lack of hygiene and absence of cleaning services is unacceptable. The management is incompetent and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Save your money and find a better-managed hotel.
