Pros:

Staff in the restaurant and shop are friendly, most rooms i booked for my family are great except our villa.(villa 1 i think)

Cons:

Our villa had a funky smell like is coming from the sewerage. The bed still has plastic like it's brand new so we hear it every time we turn. The key on our door kept turning and it was difficult to unlock/lock, aparently it was already listed for maintenance. After our late night swim, the door was too difficult to open, called the night shift staff, it took him a while but couldn't open it either, then he called for a back up, so we waited. The 'back up guy' took out the whole lock so there was a hole. We went in to the room and can only use latch from the inside to keep ourself safe. When we checked out in the morning, i mentioned it to the reception and they are not even aware of what happened the night before. I looked for the manager but they didn't seem keen for me to talk to a higher up staff so i gave up and finished the check out process - i left the place feeling disappointed but my family had a great time! Thank you.

Relaxing vibe
Pros:

Place is clean, quiet at night, beautiful ambiance. Staff is absolutely one of the best , very polite , courteous, and with our short stay he gave us the best care and service(yes is, he was alone when we stayed , we arrived very late at night had to leave early).

Pros:

Near the mall, has restaurant. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

We are staying at the villa you can hear noise from the tricycle and other transportation. Animal noise especially roosters are so loud. On our second day we can smell some sewerage odor inside the villa.

Pros:

Onsite restaurant was good

Cons:

Rooms were not serviced after checkin for our four night stay (had to request toilet paper, coffee, etc at front desk and we had to empty our trash ourselves), bathroom was overwhelmed with sewer smell, and hot water in the shower was problematic as the electrical breaker continually tripped.
