Pros:

The receptionist. She trying to give the best service to customer but, all i didn’t like about the hotel was not under her control…

Cons:

Not enough towel.
Broken tiles.
Air conditioning not cold.
Whole hotel only 1 fan remote control.
Water pressure slow.
Iron board dirty.

Cons:

PARKING LOT NOT AVAILABLE, NEED TO PARK ELSEWHERE BECAUSE INFRONT OF HOTEL MOSTLY ARE RESERVED PARKING LOT. BREAKFAST NOT WORTH IT, BETTER BUY OUTSIDE LOT OF CHOICE BETTER TASTE. ROOM TOO SMALL FOR THE PRICE. CAN GET BETTER ROOM WITH THE SAME PRICE.
