Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Full breakfast with many different options. There was great service from the front desk staff. Room and bathroom looked renovated/new and clean. Included amenities like gym and laundry room. Lobby had a well-stocked shop where you could buy snacks, drinks, meals, hygiene products, anything you might be missing.

Cons:

location is a little far from the core downtown area. It was a 10 minute walk to discovery green, which was nice, but a further 10-15 minute walk to the main downtown street. The hotel doesn't tell you about the cheap/free street parking and tries to direct you to the valet or parking garage, which are really expensive. A kind valet attendant told us about the street parking.

Shoddy hotel with poor staff attitude.
Pros:

Very little. It was clean. That was about it.

Cons:

We spent a night here at the end of a long trip to Texas and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. For starters, they put us in a mobility assisted room, with towels the size of flannels. When we spoke to reception, the manager came out and couldn't have cared less. A really REALLY bad attitude. We were also told that breakfast was on until 10am (there were six of us who all heard this) and when we arrived downstairs at 9.30am it was being packed away. We were then told by the same manager that breakfast was only served until 9.30am - we said we'd been told differently and he pretty much told us that couldn't have been the case. I never leave reviews, but this hotel was that bad that I feel I have to. There are plenty of much better ones around for your money!

Pros:

Property was pretty clean. Staff worked diligently daily, very polite. Rooms were clean and neat.

Cons:

Parking was slim, and expensive for the hotel quality. No microwave or closet in the rooms, but we made do.

Es war völlig ok für unseren Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, aber ausreichend. Es gab auch frische aufgeschnittene Melone.
Die Lage war gut, da man Houston super per Fuß erkunden konnte.
Valet parken war zu teuer zu mal der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel liegt.
