Handily placed not far from Heaton Chapel Station , which is a few minutes train ride from either Manchester Piccadilly or Stockport , I had a lovely modern room with all the amenities needed , excellent value for money

Great for a short stay and excellent value.
Pros:

I've stopped elsewhere in the same street so knew what to expect, there is only on street parking but managed to find a space and at night it's quiet. There are steep steel steps to get up to the property from the back alley so be aware. There is a kitchen downstairs with a good breakfast option, the room was large, well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The lady in the bar who welcomed me was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The green light in the room was on all night and has been partially covered, I covered it a bit more as it was surprisingly bright once the other lights were off. The steps.

Very friendly team, and lively bar downstairs with great atmosphere and music. May well revisit if i'm in the area.

The room was lovely with a great little shared area for breakfast. Great access to the main area for bars/restaurants etc
