всичко беше супер

Cons:

Една от стаите, които ни предоставиха (най-голямата), се различаваше от тази, която бяхме резервирали. Трябваше да има отделни легла, но вместо това имаше само две двойни легла, а самата стая беше по-малка от посоченото в резервацията. Веднага обърнахме внимание на това, но служителите на рецепцията отказаха да сменят стаята, като се позоваха на късния час (21:00 ч.). Стаята не беше сменена и на следващата сутрин, като е възможно изобщо да не е била тази, която реално бяхме резервирали. Въпреки това обаче, всичко останало беше наред.

Нов хубав хотел , стаите се почистват всекидневно, удобно легло и хубава баня . На рецепцията и на лоби бара работят услужливи и усмихнати хора.

Cons:

Много беден избор на храна за закуска , всеки ден едно и също , намръщен персонал в ресторанта , в рекламата пише че ресторанта за вечеря е алакарт ,но всъщност не беше така , хранихме се навън . Хубаво е да се помисли за по гъвкави решения за хранене на обяд и вечеря.Вместо да похарчим парите си в хотела , го направихме навън .

A wonderful family holiday
Pros:

We had a fabulous family holiday , the pool area is excellent. Located close to the town and local beaches, plenty of evening walking opportunities and dining options. The Hotel room was spacious and clean.

Pros:

We were really enjoying our stay. Location is simply great, I think one of the best in the city. The hotel is located on a hill but it takes only few minutes to come down to the sea. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

There was only one issue with electronic keys - they are very sensitive and had to recharge it everyday, that was not really comfortable .

Leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist prinzipiell recht neu und gut erhalten.
Der pool ist groß und schön.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich und die Sonnenuntergänge wunderschön.
Das Bad ist Sauber und die Dusche groß und schön.
Man ist schnell am Strand und in der Stadt.

Cons:

Wann man europäische Hotel Standards gewohnt ist kann man sich teilweise nur wundern.
Wir haben öfter länger geschlafen (09:30) und den klopfenden Room Service gebeten später wieder zu kommen.
Das geschah dann nie. Wir mussten fast jeden Tag nach neuem Toilettenpapier fragen, was einfach indiskutabel bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse und Selbsteinschätzung ist. Auch waren wir bei der dritten nachfrage schon sichtlich genervt, was aber niemanden interessierte.

Der sehr schöne Pool ist nur von 10:00-19:00 geöffnet, was auch absurd erscheint, den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus zu beobachten wäre sicherlich ein Highlight.
Noch viel schlimmer ist dass der Pool von früh bis spät mit lauter Musik beschallt wird, an entspannen/lesen etc. nicht zu denken.

Die Fassade direkt neben dem Balkon ist vollkommen verdreckt mit Möwenkot, was auch inakzeptabel ist.

Das Frühstück ist bis auf die frisch gemachten Omelettes auch nicht dem Preis entsprechend.


Direkt in Istanbul haben wir für den Wäsche Service 200 TL pro Kg wäsche gezahlt, hier kostet 1 T-Shirt zu waschen 300 TL !!

Generell wirkte das Personal eher genervt als wirklich hilfsbereit, jede bitte mussten wir 2-3 wiederholen bis etwas geschah.

Also die Location generell schön. Das rundherum bräuchte einen Service/Hotel Manager mit internationaler Erfahrung - weil das ist hier einfach teilweise amateurhaft/peinlich.
