Très joli Hôtel et confortable
Pros:

Très propre, personnel très agréable surtout les serveurs du restaurant! Jolie chambre, belle vue, nourriture du restaurant très bien

Cons:

Petit déjeuner limité dans le choix ( 1 seule option dans tout le menu par personne) mais ok

Zeer aangenaam maar sommige zaken hebben terug wat “liefde” nodig.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten

Cons:

Het heeft wat opfrissing nodig.

Rand van het zwembad niet proper.
Badkamer stinkt naar rioollucht.

Buena ubicación y entorno bonito, pero con varios puntos a mejorar
Pros:

Ubicación (Cuenta con una muy buena localización en la isla) y en general el hotel es bonito y agradable.

Cons:

Zona de descanso: La zona de hamacas y césped está descuidada y es muy escasa.

Ruido: Nos tocó una habitación cerca de la zona de los trabajadores, lo que provocó mucho ruido desde primeras horas de la mañana

Olores: Había un desagradable olor a cañerías en el baño.

Die Lage

Cons:

Dreckiges Zimmer, überall Kakerlaken - im Zimmer in unserem eigenen privaten Pool einfach überall Kakerlaken. Der Pool wurde nicht mal gereinigt. Reinste Katastrophe! Nie wieder werde ich dort hingehen

Fantastic stay wish we had more nights there.

Loved the size of the room the access to pool directly out the door of our room and the creative adventure feel of the resort.

Chouette mais...
Pros:

Le concept est sympa avec la vue (plus ou moins) sur l océan depuis le rooftop équipé d un hamac.
Les boissons du minibar et l eau sont offertes c est chouette.

Cons:

De nombreuses minuscules bestioles se promenaient dans la chambre dans laquelle l odeur était parfaitement désagréable. Cela m a beaucoup déçue.

Pros:

Tolle Anlage, allerdings direkt an der Strasse. Infrastruktur auf Nusa Penida stark verbesserungswürdig (Strassen, Fortbewegung, überfüllte Sehenswürdigkeiten). Zentraler Pool nett hergerichtet, Zimmer groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Personal grüßt sehr kontinuierlich, aber es sind zuviele Mitarbeiter beschäftigt und die Zuständigkeiten sind nicht klar verteilt. Kundenservice gibt es nicht, alle Zusatzleistungen sind um 40% überteuert (Essen - daher ist das Restaurant Abends fast immer leer, Taxifahrten - keine Service, um zur Fähre zu kommen, sondern gleich stark überhöhte Preise, bei Ausflügen ähnlich).

Toiletten ohne Abtrennung im Zimmer - nicht jeder mag es.

Kommunikation erfolgt über Walkie-Talkie, die zu laut gestellt sind und dadurch rückkoppeln. Wenn man auf seinem Balkon sitzt, ist das schon nervig. Beim Reinemachen haben wir beobachtet, das Handtücher runtergefallen sind und diese einfach wieder auf den Stapel gelegt werden.
