Beautiful gem of a brownstone amidst blocks of abandoned buildings
Pros:

The brownstone itself was perfectly appointed, super clean & very comfortable - all new & modern interior. Air conditioning and fan in room were cool, perfect for our hot summer day/night. Street parking outside of the flat. Host was extremely responsive & communicative, which was wonderful! Our Master Suite was exactly like photos and a great value. Very pleased with accommodations inside.

Cons:

The neighborhood, Oliver, is still quite questionable and not yet fully gentrified. As two females, the street did make us feel a bit nervous for our safety. Ensor Street is well-lit but there are abandoned building across the street & in this row.

Pros:

The room and kitchen was very nice and decorated.

Cons:

The bed was simply a flat sheet and no blankets. It was not a great sleep, and the neighbors around blasted music early in the morning for hours.

Cons:

Room too small -loud music from neighbors early Saturday morning - early like 7 o’clock going on for 2-3 hours .
WiFi didn’t work in the room the first day .

This is a nitpick, but the room was a little stuffy. A fan to move the air around would have been nice.

Also, my room faced east and the very bright early morning sun streaming lit up the room and woke me up very early. I'd recommend suggesting that guests bring a sleeping mask if light wakes them up.

Affordable and convenient stay in Baltimore City
Pros:

A convenient place to stay in Baltimore City with free, no hassle street parking. Affordable cost. Host/owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Complementary k-cups for coffee. Cute house and decor.

Cons:

The rooms were infested with ants, the room was a little small with limited space for two guests and their belongings. The laundry machines were being used for several hours in the morning by someone else so I was unable to take advantage of that amenity as desired.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!
Pros:

overall the house was drop dead gorgeous, and the shower was to die for, the host was kind, attentive, and respectful. I really appreciate that.

Cons:

The fact i had to leave, due to my living arrangements it was a little expensive for my housing situation, but ill save to stay and book again.
