Amazing hotel experience !
Pros:

Fantàstiques vistes a les piràmides
Pros:

El personal és atent, servicial i molt molt amable.
Les habitacions són fantàstiques i les vistes a les piràmides espectaculars.
Al restaurant si menja molt bé amb encara millors vistes!

Cons:

L’habitació estava una mica bruta però ja ho vam avisar i van venir a netejar de seguida.
L’entrada a l’hotel tira enrera i sembla que arribis a un lloc desastrós, quan en realitat és un hotel fantàstic i molt recomanable

Hotel boutique. Recomendable al 100%
Pros:

Habitación nueva, limpia y con los servicios adecuados (estaría dentro de la definición que en Europa hacemos de un hotel boutique) El personal del hotel estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Por ejemplo, tuvimos un problema con la maleta, que Youssef, encargado de recepción, nos solucionó muy satisfactoriamente. También nos ofrecieron dejar la habitación algo más tarde de la hora prevista para el check-out, para poder dejar las maletas y ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto tras realizar una visita por la mañana. Otro día, tuvimos que salir de excursión antes de la hora de la apertura del restaurante para desayuno y nos ofrecieron una alternativa también satisfactoria.

Cons:

El hotel está situado en un bloque de apartamentos (sólo ocupa las últimas plantas) en un barrio popular en el que no hay muchas opciones de restauración para los turistas (aunque se come bien en el restaurante del hotel) y la entrada de los apartamentos está un poco destartalada. Esto último es mejorable. Por otro lado, el portero del bloque de apartamentos nos trató mejor que muchos "concierges" de hotel de 4 estrellas que he conocido: la amabilidad y hospitalidad egipcia es inmejorable.

Pros:

View of the pyramids was unreal! Insanely comfy bed and staff were super accomodating, rooftop restaurant was good too and taxis seemed to have no trouble locating us

Cons:

The photos are definitely a little enhanced compared to real life but it was still a nice place (I think that’s just everywhere in Giza)

Απερίγραπτη εμπειρία
Pros:

Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε μέχρι και την ημέρα που φύγαμε, νιώσαμε πραγματικά οικεία. Είχα ψάξει πάρα πολύ καιρό για να βρω το κατάλληλο ξενοδοχείο για τις διακοπές μας στη Αίγυπτο και μπορώ να πω με σιγουριά ότι δεν θα μπορούσα να είχα κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή. Μείναμε εδώ μαζί με το αγόρι μου και φύγαμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από κάθε άποψη.

Αυτό που ξεχώρισε περισσότερο ήταν οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν λειτουργεί όλο το 24ωρο και όλοι, χωρίς καμία εξαίρεση, ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστοί, ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Απαντούσαν σε κάθε μας απορία, μας έδιναν χρήσιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι.

Εξίσου εξαιρετική ήταν και η ασφάλεια στην είσοδο του κτιρίου, η οποία επίσης λειτουργεί 24 ώρες το 24ωρο. Ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος που εργαζόταν στην πρωινή βάρδια –δυστυχώς δεν θυμόμαστε το όνομά του– ήταν ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος. Ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστός, ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Μάλιστα, μας βοηθούσε ακόμη και να αναγνωρίζουμε το σωστό ταξί από την πινακίδα του, ώστε να είμαστε σίγουροι ότι μπαίνουμε στο σωστό αυτοκίνητο. Τέτοιες μικρές κινήσεις δείχνουν πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τους επισκέπτες.

Η καθαριότητα ήταν πραγματικά υποδειγματική. Κάθε πρωί μας ρωτούσαν αν θέλαμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο και όσες φορές το ζητήσαμε, η δουλειά γινόταν άψογα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάντα πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και ευχάριστο να επιστρέφεις μετά από μια γεμάτη ημέρα.

Μείναμε συνολικά πέντε βράδια και, επειδή περάσαμε τόσο όμορφα, χρειάστηκε να προσθέσουμε ακόμη μία διανυκτέρευση. Το προσωπικό μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα και δείχνει τον επαγγελματισμό και την καλοσύνη τους.

Σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας νιώθαμε ασφάλεια, άνεση και πραγματική φιλοξενία. Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που δεν προσφέρει απλώς ένα δωμάτιο για να μείνεις, αλλά δημιουργεί μια εμπειρία που κάνει το ταξίδι ακόμη πιο όμορφο.

Très belle vue !
Pros:

Excellent accueil, équipe professionnelle et charmante. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le site des pyramides.
Très jolie vue depuis la chambre.
Propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix concernant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Mal insonorisé.
Paiement uniquement en cash ou en cb si vous souhaitez un supplément de 3%.
Tarifs du restaurant un peu trop élevés.

朝ごはん付&ピラミッドビューでこのお値段は安すぎました！スタッフの皆さん優しくて和やかな雰囲気でした。帰国時に空港に向かうためにUberを頼もうとしたところ、高い金額を請求されキャンセルしましたが、他に正規の金額のドライバーが見つからず困りホテルの方に相談したところ、タクシーを手配してくださり550エジプトポンドで空港に行くことができました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

日本人的にはビルの外観や周辺が廃墟！？と入り口でビビりましたが、11階まで上がれば綺麗なホテルがあります。シャンプーとボディーソープはありますが、コンディショナーはないので持参か購入必要です。

Bonito hotel con muy buenas vistas a las pirámides.
Pros:

Ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Tiene vistas muy buenas de las piramides, tanto desde la habitación como desde el restaurante en la terraza. El personal es muy amable y atento, es limpio y las instalaciones están en excelente estado. El desayuno fue muy bueno, bastante cantidad y muy buen sabor. Podría quedarme de nuevo aqui sin problema.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que muchos de estos hoteles son pisos renovados dentro de edificios antiguos. Este hotel está en el piso 11 de un edificio al que se le notan lo años. También, los alrededores del edificio no invitan mucho a merodear por ahí (algo sucio, pero para nada inseguro). Sin embargo, esas son cosas que no estan bajo el control del hotel.

Para duas noites perto das pirâmides está perfeito. Para quem pretender visitar o centro do Cairo fica um pouco distante

Vicino alle principali attrazioni

Cons:

Stanza non pulitissima, soffione della doccia mal funzionante, colazione non a buffet con solo due scelte tra dolce e salato. Seppur vicina ai siti storici la zona è sporca e poco sicura.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to go above and beyond including helping us with laundry.
Room was great with a view of the pyramids.
Has a restaurant upstairs with good food.
Room is nice and a good size. Has a rainfall shower. Bed is comfortable.
Close to pyramids and museum

Cons:

The outside of the building is quite run down but once you get past that its good.
Quite far away from other attractions such as downtown cairo.
Woke up to the call to prayer at 4am (its very loud)
