Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size and the location was great.
There were building works happening next door which was quite noisy especially when using the pool.

A peaceful hotel with excellent service and location
A lovely hotel with exceptional service and a very friendly, helpful team. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the beautiful garden created a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the Yoga Barn. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and lovely pool.
As mentioned before, everything about our stay was wonderful. The only thing worth mentioning is that there was a construction site next to the hotel during our visit, which occasionally caused some disturbance, especially when relaxing by the beautiful pool. However, this can happen almost anywhere in Bali and is difficult to predict.
The construction noise should no longer be an issue in a few months. The only remaining impact is that the new building reduces sunlight in the pool area.
La ubicación está muy bien en esa zona de Ubud. Hay muchas cosas que hacer en los alrededores y el hotel está bastante nuevo. El personal es amable y el gimnasio está bien.
Tienes que preguntar muchas cosas para que te expliquen el funcionamiento del hotel, tienes que solicitar toallas para la piscina a pesar de tener acceso directo a ella y esperar a que te las traigan cuando sería más sencillo tenerlas ya en la habitación, había bastante ruido de obras y el agua de la piscina está helada. El desayuno era mejorable y la comida tampoco estaba muy bien.
Die Zimmer
Die Baustelle vor Ort. Es wird in der Buchung drauf hingewiesen, dass die Baustelle von 7-18 Uhr Lärm erzeugen könnte. Der Lärm war bis tief in die Nacht rein und morgens um 6 schon. Es wurde kein Nachlass genehmigt und man hat uns Angeboten eine Nacht früher auschecken zu lassen. Das ist mit 3 kleinen Kindern natürlich genau das, was man braucht.

We really liked staying in this hotel, the staff really made it one of the highlights in our Bali trip!
The construction going on in front was the biggest downside of our stay in The Kemilau, as they start the works before 8am and continue until 6pm, which makes it harder to rest during that period. Also, there's a lot of mosquitos, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

수영장도 넓고 깔끔하였으며, 시설들도 신축이라는게 느껴졌습니다.
가성비는 좋았습니다만, 3인이 숙박 가능한 호텔임에도 어쩔 때는 3인 예약이 열리고, 어쩔 때는 2인 예약만 가능했습니다.
그리고 바로 옆 블럭에서 공사를 하고 있어 아침에 살짝 시끄러운 편이었습니다.
수질은 좋지 않은 편이라 필터 샤워기 지참하세요.
마지막으로 가성비가 좋은만큼, 방음이 약합니다.
Mooi hotel. Kamer super. Groot , mooi design. Design ziet er goed uit met al het hout. Fijne tijd gehad.
Het hotel zelf was wat kleiner dan ik dacht. Kramer’s te dicht bij elkaar. Gym te klein en wat ouderwetse apparaten. 2 flesjes water in de kamer. Meer moest je bij betalen. Omdat je het water niet kan drinken uit de kraan vind ik het raar dat je bij moet betalen. Ontbijt a la carte prima maar 1 gerecht bestellen wel wat weinig en als je andere koffie wilt dan Bali koffie moet je bij betalen. Vind ik toch jammer

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön! Das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Hotel - Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet!
Die Pool Situation ist etwas Strange, liegt man auf den Liegen (die nicht zu den Zimmern mit Pool Zugang gehören schaut man in die anderen Zimmer.
Außerdem mussten wir für ein kaputtes Trinkglas im Zimmer zahlen, welches wir natürlich nicht bewusst zerstört haben und in dem nur Zahnbürsten standen
Gute Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Frühstück, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr komfortabel und umfangreich und alles funktionierte.
Die Architektur des gesamten Hotels und auch des Zimmers ist eindeutig an der Form ausgerichtet - aber nicht an der Funktion. Ein Beispiel:
Was nützen große Fenster vom Boden bis zur Zimmerdecke auf zwei Seiten des Zimmers, wenn direkt davor andere Gäste zu Ihren Zimmern vorbeigehen und direkte Einblicke vom Bett über die Dusche bis hin zur Toilette haben, sodass dann doch die Vorhänge zugezogen werden.
