Excellent rapport qualité prix, proximité a la forêt des singes très agréable car il y en avait un peu dans le jardin et sur les toits.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très gentil.
De plus il y a un service laundry pratique.
Le quartier est agréable car proche des restaurants (warung lokal très bon) et boutiques.
On nous a refusé le petit déjeuner a 10h15 alors qu il fermait a 10h30 dommage.
Très bel emplacement, très proximité direct des rues dynamiques, chambre bien équipée et super agréable

Sitio apartado del jaleo del centro. Entorno, piscina y personal muy amable y con predisposición. Llegamos a les 1h de la madrugada y nos esperaron para hacer el check-in. El dia que nos ibamos nos prepararon el desayuno para take away. La piscina genial!

It is in a really good location, right on the strip next to the monkey forest so you can get to everything really easily.
There were just a few things which made my stay unenjoyable and a little uncomfortable
The curtains in the room didn’t close properly so it meant if someone was walking by while I was in the toilet they would be able to see me which made me feel very unsettled.
The bathroom was so small the shower would flood the whole bathroom every time I used it.
You have to walk up stairs to get into the property which is a nightmare when you have luggage. The staff are really nice and will help but I felt bad asking them to lift my heavy bags up stairs.
I think this might be the best accommodation in Ubud. Getting to all the sights was very easy. The location was great, the surrounding areas were excellent, and it's very centrally located. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really made you feel special. We received a service far exceeding the price we paid. You don't need to stress about the monkeys. They're all minding their own business. Also, we didn't encounter any insects or geckos; it was quite clean. (Note: We expected them to display the gift we brought in a visible place, but we didn't see it, which disappointed us :))

Door room is spoil when we check in.
Bathroom : Omg.. there have insects / worm crawling. Also, the bathroom is clogged & unable drained properly.
We stayed here for 3 nights the hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool. We arranged a taxi from the airport from them which was on time and our driver was lovely he also took us to our next destination for a great price! The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything you could possibly need including drinking water. The showers were a good pressure and nice and hot. The breakfast included was yummy and they had plenty of options. The location is great only a short walk to restaurants and with supermarkets literally next door. The pool was lovely and clean. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were so attentive and caring we highly recommend staying here!
