Great hospitality
Pros:

Loved the decor and vibe, the live dj on top floor was a great touch in the evenings, location was great and the staff were so attentive and helpful made everything so easy as they assisted and dealt with any issues or queries promptly.

Great hotel, staff are impeccable, nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond!
Pros:

The staff are amazing. My daughter fell ill on the trip and needed to visit a doctor. The hotel arranged for a car to take us there and back and a staff meme er very kindly stayed with us at the hospital for several hours. Incredible customer service, extremely helpful.

Good hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Fairly central location, well-appointed rooms, very good breakfast, great staff.

Cons:

One thing that stood out was the fragrance in the lobby. It smelt of chemicals and was very unpleasant. This was the only jarring point in an otherwise wonderful stay.
