Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We paid the full amount for our stay and even paid extra for breakfast, yet the hotel failed to provide the breakfast that we had already paid for. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were absolutely unacceptable. There were cockroaches roaming around in the room, the room had a strong damp and musty smell, and we were not even provided with drinking water.

Despite paying the full charges and additional fees, the basic services and facilities promised by the hotel were not provided. The overall condition of the hotel, cleanliness, and service were extremely poor. This was a completely unpleasant and frustrating experience.

We therefore demand a refund for the amount paid, including the additional charges for the breakfast that was not provided. We expect the hotel/booking platform to look into this matter seriously and process our refund at the earliest. Given the poor hygiene, lack of basic facilities, and failure to provide paid services, we do not consider the amount charged to be justified. We would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel..

Hot water is available in only one room so we have to adjust it ..and There is no towels in the room..but after asking to owner he gave us..so this thing could be better... please look into it..

During booking we have booked for complimentary breakfast but hotel refused to provide the same and asked to call or email customer care of booking.com to refund the amount. we tried to reach booking.com but could not find any direct email or phone number hence the money goest waste
About the room expreince. Room was smelly , cozy and not enough ventilation. The staff behviour was very unprofessional we need to call for each small things like towels (which were worst quality), called for kettle which was broken without lid after followup they provide the lid, when asked about toiletires there is nothing, as per hotel handwash and bodywash is what it is. Most shcoking part is the boywash and handwash was same . Is anyone using handwash as bodywash in their home?Hotel is more of like this is what it is , take it or leave it.
also remeber the reception is at road level while rooms are downstairs like in basements so there is no enoough light and air. At this price you can looks for the other resorts which far value for money , we totally lost our money and family time was spoiled.

There was no breakfast service even though it was supposed to be included. Rooms were dirty with leakage. Bathroom was stinking, bedsheets and pillows were also stinking. The water was so cold and freezing from the tap and shower and hot water would only come 6-11. WiFi did not work at all.

The hotel room was not clean and safe. There was an electric switch board issue which was very dangerous. But still they didn't change the room saying that all other hotel rooms are full. I had a very bad, and pathetic experience at this place. They took 2500 for the night and did not even offer water, there was no light, no TV, no hot water, curtain rods and window locks were broken all was mess
