Super petit déjeuner. Matériaux très jolis.

Cons:

Extrêmement bruyant, on entend les voitures+++. Éloigné des sites. Ils font le ménage pendant le petit déjeuner puis rerentrent dans la chambre sans s'occuper que vous êtes sur le lit. Communication difficilement lente

Comfy stay, great location close to the West Lake
Pros:

The room was big and comfy. Comfy beds, large bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast was good with several options (although for chinese standards could be regarded as simply ok). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although renovated, the room is all managed with buttons. Example, you can't switch on or off a specific light, but only a set of lights. The system in general was bit frustrating

Decent property and clean
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and it’s clean.

Cons:

No real facilities other than the breakfast venue. The staff did not speak English, so communication was challenging. Google Maps will confuse this properly with another EBO hotel.
