Pros:

Hotel confortable et bien situé avec vue sur un canal. Petit déjeuner pris sur la petite terrasse. Le personnel ne parle pas très bien angalis mais avec les applications de traduction on s'en sort.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre.

Excellent hotel for our visit to Hangzhou
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Hangzhou. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good - excellent shower. The breakfast was very nice with a good range of Chinese and Western courses. We appreciated the use of the free laundry facilities. The hotel is located quite close to a metro station and was within walking distance of Westlake. There are several restaurants and fast-food places very close by.
