Todo fue perfecto.
Pros:

El desayuno era abundante y abrieron el restaurante antes de la hora habitual para los que teníamos prisa. Todo fue perfecto: es un hotel moderno, con una habitación muy agradable y muy cerca del metro. Todo muy limpio.
Quiero hacer una reseña especial para el recepcionista ULUGBEK que nos ayudó en TODO y con gran AMABILIDAD y PACIENCIA nos instaló aplicaciones muy útiles en el teléfono y nos asesoró en nuestro recorrido por la ciudad. Finalmente nos pidió un Yantex taxi. MUCHAS GRACIAS ULUGBEK. Nuestra aventura en Uzbekistan ha sido un éxito.

A comfortable, clean hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very comfortable room in a great location. The hotel is close to Kosmonavtar metro station, making it easy to different parts of the city. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. Good wifi as well.
On the last day, we had a train in the evening, and we could leave our backpacks in the storage room until then without a problem.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, with fresh omelette prepared on request. However, when we came for breakfast at 9.30 (the breakfast is served unitl 10) there was not much food left. On the other, when we arrived earlier it was much better.
Also, when the tables were cleaned, only the dirty plates were removed, while crumbles and other leftovers were left behind, which was not very nice. Apart from this, the hotel was very clean.

L'accoglienza dello staff, in particolare Ulugbek, è stato gentilissimo e super accogliente. L'hotel è nuovissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è top. Tutto super pulito e profumato, ottima anche la colazione che noi avevamo inclusa nel prezzo della stanza.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в Harris Hotel Spa&Fitness. Отель оставил только приятные впечатления: чисто, уютно, комфортно, просторные номера, всё организовано на хорошем уровне. Особенно хочется отметить очень удобные матрасы и подушки — спать было действительно комфортно.

Отдельно хотим поблагодарить администраторов Улугбека и Абдугахора. Очень вежливые, внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники. Всегда были готовы помочь, подсказать и сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным. Благодаря их профессиональному и тёплому отношению у нас остались самые хорошие впечатления.

Локация у отеля прекрасная: центр города, престижный район, рядом находится посольство, что также говорит о хорошем уровне и безопасности района. Продуктовый магазин расположен буквально в 50 метрах от отеля, а метро — примерно в 3 минутах ходьбы. Всё очень удобно для проживания и передвижения по Ташкенту.

Спасибо большое Улугбеку, Абдугахору и всему персоналу отеля. С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель другим гостям Ташкента и обязательно вернёмся снова!
