Great value, would stay again
Pros:

Location was great, only a few minutes to the metro and walkable to nearby parks. Not many places to eat nearby but it was quiet and clean & had a small supermarket across the street. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I didn’t use gym/sauna but it’s a nice touch if you’re into that kind of thing.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard but that’s normal for Uzbekistan

Pros:

一切都很满意。位于市中心最有名的宇航员地铁站（步行3分钟），地理位置好，前台工作人员Ulugbek很专业且乐于助人，早餐好吃，房间也非常舒适。

浴室的镜子挂的太高 不方便照镜子😭

Pros:

Very clean, confortable, close to supermarket and metro station. Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was not working and the staff told me that is normal and is nothing to be done about it.

Очень понравилось! Завтраки, номера, обслуживание, персонал - все супер. Ни к чему не придраться.

Cons:

Почему-то по карте казалось близко к парку, моллу, но пешком далековато. На такси минут 10.

Pros:

Perfect location near the metro and a supermarket. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the water refill station was convenient. A special thanks to Timurlan, who was very helpful and proactive, even arranging a takeaway breakfast for our early departure. Godd wifi.

value for money but resourcing needs to be improved
Pros:

Relatively near metro, within walking distance to Kosmonavtlar station. However would suggest visitors to Tashkent stay nearer the main sights like the Amir Temur Square, might be more convenient.

Cons:

Stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was always the same — or worse (limited variety). Most days we enter the restaurant with many tables not cleared, coffee machines not working and clean cups not available. On one morning, the eggs station wasnt even set up after 8am (service starts from 7am) and most food was depleted. One day the lift was also out of service (ok to take stairs as hotel rooms are only on 2nd and 3rd floors) but my husband was stuck in the lift temporarily even after service was restored.

Pros:

We had a great experience. Especially Ulugbek from the reception immediately resolved a minor issue we had in our room. Everything was wonderful. Also, the hotel's location is right in the heart of the city.

Overall pleasant stay and location is great. Walking distance to the metro
Pros:

The location was great and near the metro. Hotel cleaniness is good and breakfast was so so.

Cons:

There were no pilllow cases when we checked in. The reception was trying his best but no housekeepers around. So we had to place towels on pillows to sleep the night. Breakfast staff is not very hospitable except the guy who was preparing egss.

Nice hotel with great location
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the metro station, making it very easy to get around the city. The property has a warm and cosy atmosphere, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant.
However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The pillows in our room did not have pillowcases, which may have been an oversight by the housekeeping team, especially as the hotel appeared to be fully occupied during our visit. The night reception staff was very helpful and tried his best to find a replacement pillowcase, but unfortunately none was available at the time.
In addition, my friend's room had an air-conditioning issue, as it was not cooling adequately.
Despite these inconveniences, the staff were polite and attentive, and their willingness to assist was appreciated. With better attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and the staff at the breakfast counter were not particularly welcoming or hospitable. A large tour group had breakfast before us, and by the time we arrived, many items had run out and were not replenished promptly. As a result, the breakfast offering was far below expectations and detracted from the overall experience.
