Oda ferah, içeride buzdolabı, diş macunu, traş ve temizlik malzemeleri vardı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi her damak tadına uygun doyurucu lezzetler vardı. Personel ilgili ve yardımseverdi özellikle Ulubeg ve Timurlan yardımcı oldular. Ulubegin Türkçe bilmesi ve yardımcı olması çok güzeldi. Chek out yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizin otelde muhafaza edilmesine izin vermeleri ve bunun için bir odanın olması çok güzeldi. Markete ve kozmonotlar metro istasyonlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar modern ve yeni.

清潔で良かった。

Cons:

ジムを利用したが、機械のメンテが不十分と見られ、ボルトが緩んで部品が上から落ちてきた…。手締めで戻しておきましたが…。

Хорошая современная гостиница. Завтрак великолепный. Очень разнообразный и вкусный. Специальный человек жарит яичницу с набором ингредиентов по выбору. Номер комфортный.

Cons:

Номер был рядом с ресепшн, было слышно разговоры и музыку из ресторана внизу. Узкая одноместная кровать в номере. Для кого-то это не недостаток, но я привык к queen size. Матрас жестковат.

The breakfast is really awesome 👏🏻 and Ulug’bek is considerable !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ulug’bek was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions I had. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service!

Стандартный отель за весьма справедливую цену.
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, прямо возле станции метро. Завтраки были весьма хороши, немного не могли найти человека который жарил яйца, он то есть, то его нет. По поводу ресепшена, ничего сверхестественного, обычный ресепшен и его сотрудники, кромке Улугбкека, очень радушный, вежливый и добрый человек. Всегда приветствует, спрашивает как прошел день, поможет с местами для вечера. Не обделю и отдел хаускипинга, душевные и добрые женщины, номера всегда чистые и прохладные (а были мы в июле), ставили все нужные аменитис.

Cons:

Ресторан работает только на завтрак, жаль что не было рум сервиса, думаю этого сильно нехватает. То что не было бассейна, но это не столь важно. Были частые поломки в номере, то душевая, то дозаторы шампуня. При вьезде наволочки одеяла были порваны, как и один из халатов (с чем мне быстро помог Улугбек, спасибо ему).

On the first day when I checked in, the front desk told me that the hotel breakfast starts at 7:00. On the third morning, I had to check out at 7:30 and head to the airport, but then I was told that the breakfast wouldn't start until 7:30. It totally messed up my schedule. And when I was checking out, I had to wait ages for them to issue the departure certificate I needed, which made me run like crazy at the airport. I looked kinda awkward.
