They further stated that it was not their fault, but rather a mistake on the part of Booking.com. C
Cons:

We had booked this accommodation twice via Booking.com last year and booked it again this time; however, an official there unexpectedly informed us that we could not stay there. This caused us significant inconvenience, leaving us stranded with nowhere to go that evening.

When we inquired about this, he stated that, under the new government regulations, they are not permitted to provide accommodation to foreign tourists at that location. (However, he noted that they had not registered the 'C-form' required for the accommodation of those foreign guests.)

They further stated that it was not their fault, but rather a mistake on the part of Booking.com.

Consequently, we did not stay there; I urge any other foreigner intending to book this place to verify the details thoroughly before making a reservation.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all, and we had to manage everything ourselves as there was no proper room service. There were a lot of mosquito bites, and the staff behaved very rudely. The TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi didn't work either. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place.

Honest review- Pest control needed for this place
Pros:

Location, convenient for all sorts of shopping transportation and food.

Cons:

Nope, Very disappointed.👎.

Cockroach inside the room - NOT ONE OR TOO . IT IS BADLY INFESTED everywhere, not a liveable place.

A polite and fair recommendation for the management - Nice location, pls call pest control. In few months it is going to be WORST WITH COCKROACHES.
