Pros:

Nyelvi korlátok ellenére is részt vettünk minden este a gyerekeknek szóló programokon, amit óriási lelkesedéssel tartottak az animátorok.

Cons:

A padlószőnyeg koszos volt az egész szállodában, a szobában és a közös helyiségekben is.
Az étteremben a székek is nagyon koszosak, fontosak voltak.
A wellness lehetne picit nagyobb, több élményelem és melegebb víz a medencében.

Ajánlom.
Pros:

- Reggeli és vacsora rendben volt, az étkező viszonylag nagy méretű.
- A szobában minden rendelkezésre állt.
- Mindkét medence elég volt ahhoz, hogy a gyerek jól érezze magát benne, nem nagyon volt sosem tömeg.
- A rengeteg program, amivel a gyereket le lehet kötni nagyon jó ötlet.
- A játszótérrel, medencékkel és az állat parkkal annyi élményt lehet egyszerre, egy helyen szerezni, amit nem sok helyen tapasztaltam eddig.

Cons:

- Egy kicsivel nagyobb / több fény lenne szükséges a szobákba.
- A programok (pl.: animátor és tematikus) ki lehetnének írva angolul is, de csak szlovákul vannak.

Többet ide nem megyünk.
Cons:

A félpanziós kínálat nagyon gyenge. A laktóz intoleranciásoknak a választék nagyon gyenge, vacsoránál 2 este is letagadták hogy van mentes desszert. Reggelinél ki sem volt írva az allergén. A benti 2 medence közül az egyik nem is működik! Két főt leszámítva nem tudnak angolul. Egy nagy felújítás ráférne a hotelre az étterembe a székek szőnyeg állapota gusztustalan.

Kvalita zďaleka nezodpovedá cene
Pros:

Okolie- ihrisko a farma bolo veľmi pekné.

Cons:

40€ za noc za malého psa je extrémne vysoká cena (cestujeme roky som psom aj mimo SR,aj letecky) za starý hotel,čo tie deti urobia 20x väčšiu špinu od jedla, precikania ako pes..
Raňajky ako 15rokov dozadu, nič moderné, málo zeleniny, žiadne džemy, lepkové koláče suché už na pohľad. Dopredu som nahlásila gastro obmedzia dostala som suchý chlieb, rastlinnú nátierku na požiadanie. Tak by asi hotel mal zvážiť žľavu pre ľudí čo majú ZŤP a nemôžu si nič vybrať, resp ani nekomentujem že 7min od hotela je Lidl kde sa dajú tieto potraviny kúpiť..
Večere to isté, nemoderné,ťažké mastné jedlá. Bezlepkovo- bezmliečne som si mohla dať ryžu,zemiaky a jeden druh mäsa.
Za nás veľké sklamanie, ale aspoň 3 ročné dieťa sa zabavilo.

We love High Tatras!
Pros:

We love everything about Hotel Hubert. It is a great place for families with children. They have a mini zoo and big playground which my son enjoyed so much. They have different programs for kids every day. They have swimming pools and sauna for relaxation time. And they even have a play are with billiards, table tennis and arcade machines. The over all experience was great. The place is surrounded with mountains. High Tatras, as they call it, is really magnificent. Staff were all friendly. Food choices were different every day.

Cons:

We didn't like that the exhaust from bath and toilet were usually on even if the lights were off.
