very bed experience
Pros:

There is nothing to be liked in the property apart of its location

Cons:

What they mentioned in their page. Things are not accordingly to it.
There is bed smell , no hygiene in washroom, when i see stain in bed sheat , food which i order is already over cooked and burnt .very unpleasant stay i aver did, no toiletries or any kind of fresh amenities provided.there is much need of makeover and need more professional person in the bussiness like hospitality sector.

this doesn't qualify to be called as a hotel, i'm not sure why it is even listed on booking.com
Pros:

Apart from location, this is not worth at all

Cons:

cleanliness, maintenance of the property, food quality and hygene, no service - one has to walk down to the reception for everthing, no hotwater - one need to go to reception every morning to remind them to switch on the geyser, room and bathroom ceiling full of black mould and fungus, broken floor, wall had cracks, termite lining, damp wall.
