Great breakfast and service. We ate several evenings at the restaurant, the food was good and the waiters very friendly.
The room was slightly small for 3 persons and the gym facilities should be improved

La habitación era grande, la cama también y cómoda.
El desayuno bastante bueno.
Lo peor del hotel, por decir algo, la ubicación. Aunque dando un paseo de 20 minutos ya estabas en el centro.

La habitación Suite Deluxe estaba al costado del ascensor , por lo tanto en la noche el subir bajar del mismo, no dejaba dormir.- al momento de chequearme en el hotel me asignaron una habitación diferente y luego tuve que ir a otra.-

Quarto grande, café da manhã continental excelente com pratos veganos, áreas comuns excelentes bem decoradas, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro grande com banheira, vizinhança segura.
Tudo perfeito. Excelente hotel e instalações.
we like everything there including the people work in the front desk especially the lady named Cola who is very friendly, extremely helpful and thoughtful. With her help we got what we wanted to do in Arequipa, Peru and had a great experience there!
