I like cool point and the surrounded environment
Pros:

Im comfortable with everything actually just some minor things
This is my 5-6th time stay at cool point

Cons:

Need more lights at car park area
Bedsheet need to make more good quality
Toilet cleanliness can improve more but this is ok just need to improve abit

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Lage und das Personal war gut.
Der booking-Preis war zudem auch noch höher, als im Hotel.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, I noticed that the room floor and walls were wet due to condensation. I kindly suggest installing an exhaust fan system to improve ventilation, so the floor remains dry and no water droplets form on the walls.

Glad I came to Cool Point.
Pros:

The surrounding area, only a walking distance to Taman Agro, parks and plenty of places to eat. Ample parking space around the hotel. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The furniture & toilet need upgrading.

Pros:

the single beds to be longer

there were mosquitoes flying in the room in the middle of the night .. disturbing the sleep around the head
