Perfect stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

What a great hotel! I wish we could give it not 10 but 11.

Its location is perfect - right at the edge of a very interesting but chaotic Old Quarter. As a result, you are close to the main attraction of Hanoi - a walk in the Old Quarter, but the hotel faces a pleasant park full of (mostly) elderly women at 6 in the morning doing daily exercise. So sweet!

Our surprisingly large and attractive room was on the top floor with a beautiful view from completely soundproof windows. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, including many vegetarian options.

The managers and the staff were always warm, friendly, and spoke fluent English. Our messages and questions prior to the arrival were always replied momentarily (thank you, Henry!).

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The place is perfect! There was nothing that we didn't like.

Great location, amazing staff!!
Pros:

Amazing customer service - second to none! Staff including the manager were so attentive and kind. Location of property was perfect, surrounded by amazing local food spots, 5 minute walk from a 7eleven and a 15 minute walk to the lake. Super comfy bed - requested more pillows as we only had 2 upon check in and staff were very quick to provider another 2 which I appreciated. We loved our stay and will be coming back next year!!

Cons:

Breakfast was okay - seating area was on the small side so we had to wait a while for a free table. Options are limited but still good.
Unfortunately there was some food left on the floor under the curtain when we checked in so not too sure if rooms get completely cleaned between stays (however, we’ve had worse and did not hinder our experience)

Too noisy

The noise level at this hotel is absolutely unbearable as it is situated right next to a very busy road with constant honking throughout the day. It became even worse after 8pm because the hotel is directly across from a nightclub and public park where loud music was blasting while locals were exercising and dancing.

The whole experience was horrible, and this is actually the first negative review I have ever left on Booking because of how bad the stay was. If you are looking for a peaceful or comfortable stay, do not stay here.
