Cons:

Frukosten mellan 8- 9.30 själva duschen saknades en dörr vatten över hela badrummet. Enligt storlek på rummet "30" kvadrat det gick knappt ad vända. 4 ⭐️ hotell knappt 2. Lämnar hotellet efter dva dagar av sju. Fick aldrig någon erbjudande av återbetalning av resterande 5 dagar.
Återkommer aldrig hit.

Das Frühstück war katastrophal!!

Das Umfeld ist widrig, schmutzige Umgebung, schmutzige und überfüllter Beach (nicht der Hotelstrand), Clubs gegenüber bis 3 Uhr morgens durchdringende Bässe = kein Schlaf möglich!

Highly recommended, the best hospitality in Albania!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place enough! The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful from the very first moment, and the waiters were professional and polite, providing top-tier service. The cleaning lady was absolutely sweet and did an immaculate job keeping our room spotless every single day. A special shout-out to the lady with the wavy hair at the bar—she truly made our mornings bright and cheerful every single day! The owner of the hotel also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, constantly spoiling us with complimentary shots and other lovely gifts. On top of that, the food was simply delicious. If you want to relax and truly immerse yourself in the authentic Albanian vibe, this is definitely the place to be.

Good stay, but reservation management needs improvement
Pros:

The location is very good, close to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was an issue with our reservation. Although we stayed at the hotel and paid for our stay by card, the booking was incorrectly marked as cancelled. This created unnecessary confusion afterward. I hope the hotel improves its reservation management and communication to prevent similar situations for future guests.
