Room facing Victoria St, was so noisy I could not sleep even with a sleeping tablet.
Next time, I will book a back room or go to another hotel
We requested and had to go down to the reception to get plates and cutleries - delivery to room will be nice, considering we had already changed to sleeping gown
Cheap plastic cloth hangers breaks easily - 2 wine glasses would be nice.
