The hotel is very close to the central station of Brussels gare du midi and very close walking distance from Grande Place. Towels were changed daily and the hotel areas were all very clean. The only remark was that there was no fridge in the room. Instead of a fridge, there was an ice machine in the hallway.The staff was smiling and polite. The square where it is located is frequented by strange guys, because the station is close by. The hotel has security and we had no problems.

The hotel had a cool, hipster type of vibe.
Location was awful, disgusting, dirty and unsafe. We did not feel safe outside of the hotel in the area. Homeless people openly doing drugs, trash literally everywhere, human feces on the sidewalk and courtyard, just awful. No security on site that we saw. None outside the building. Luckily it got dark at like 10 pm so we didn't have to go out in the dark. There is no way I would have let anyone in my family go out alone at night.
There was no a/c in the room the first two days, on the last day they finally got the a/c working. It was hot. It was hard to sleep. They offered us nothing. Not a fan or any type of refund or even a free breakfast for ruining our vacation. The room key controlled the entire room's electricity so when we left all of the power turned off. No charging. No air. Nothing. We figured out the work around but they only gave us one key. The picture was a little misleading as it looked like the two beds were apart from each other giving a little privacy.
No sundry. No coffee in the lobby. No drinks. Nothing near the hotel like a small store, we had to walk 20 minutes to the main train station just to get coffee.
No place to get breakfast close to the hotel and the breakfast in the hotel was Motel 6 quality at a Las Vegas hotel price. No snacks. Front desk was totally unhelpful and the night shift guy would stand outside on his personal phone so sometimes the front desk phone would ring 10-12 times before he finally answered.
Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We would have packed up our stuff and left if we were more familiar with the area. We really wanted our entire stay refunded. Find another area. Don't stay in this area.
The location is close to Midi Station which is very useful if you plan on using the train but comes with the downside that the neighbourhood is pretty dirty. Amenities of the hotel are ok, and breakfast is good but the same every day.
The walls are very thin and sometimes it can be noisy at night. One evening there was no hot water running. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom and the AC in the room is somehow automatically controlled and would randomly start at night.

Fina, rymliga, fräscha och välskötta rum! Rekommenderas då det är nära att gå till fots till de mesta. Hotellet hade en väldigt mysig inredning. Angående frukosten så åt vi inte men utifrån det vi såg verkade det vara ett bra utbud.
Läget, mycket uteliggare, smutsiga gator men det är inget hotellet kan göra så mycket åt. Skulle inte våga gå där själv efter 20 tiden. Men drog ner stämningen när de sitter precis utanför och hänger.
Impressed with the hotel - stylish, clean and modern. I particularly loved the waterfall shower. The suite pad is a lovely touch - lots of information on things to visit in Brussels.
The location is not great for tourists. The hotel is a 20mins walk from the main attractions in Brussels. It is located on a square where lots of men congregate and drink alcohol all hours of the day, and the general area made us uneasy enough to only get to and from the hotel via taxi in the evenings. Honestly, the location it's self is enough for me not to recommend to others.

Leider lädt das Umfeld des Hotels nicht dazu ein, sich länger als nötig draußen aufzuhalten. Aufgrund der Anlieger war es sehr dreckig und von unangenehmen Gerüchen durchzogen. Das ist sehr schade, weil sonst alles top war.

The bathroom lacked a door, causing water to spill during showers. Breakfast options were very limited.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of service throughout my visit.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

Nothing.The only thing that was lacking was a bar to be able to relax in the hotel after a long day sightseeing.But there were several nearby so not a problem
