Blue Point Hotel

Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise people not to book this property. The location might be okay, but the condition of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The room had a heavy damp smell coming from the ceiling, so bad I couldn’t stay inside for even ten minutes. The bathroom was filthy, and overall the place felt neglected and dirty. To make matters worse, there was no proper staff available in person; everything was just handled over phone calls, which was useless in the moment. I asked for a cancellation and refund immediately, and still haven't received my money back. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would never stay here again. Think very carefully before booking this place.

The walls were extremely thin; I could hear the man inside. I was attacked at the hotel. Someone kicked my door and tried to break it down, I was so scared! The cleaning was being done, but I found hair on the bed that isn't mine. How is this possible? The officer wasn't there; they were communicating via WhatsApp. There was construction going on, the area wasn't safe, it was full of hookah cafes. There was no hot water, and the room was small. The hair dryer wasn't powerful enough. And I think there were bugs in the room, I was covered in bites. But I didn't see any insects. I was so scared of that door, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Die Wohnung ist dreckig alles ist alt und überall ist Schimmel ,im Zimmer haben die Wände Flecken und der Fußboden hatt auch große dunkle Flecken. Es ist nicht schön hier zu wohnen und der Vermieter war nicht kooperativ und meinte dann sollte ich stornieren und wo anders hingehen. Es war nicht leicht eine neue Unterkunft zu finden. Ich sagte ihn am Telefon das die Wohnung nicht gut ist und das es nicht hygienisch ist,aber er wollte nichts davon wissen und hatt sich nur raus geredet.Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Bildern in der Anzeige, alles nur Schwindel und Betrug.

Our room was too noisy! We could hear the lift and noises from the pipes during the night. It was also full of smoke odour. When we raised this with the manager, they said they could clean the room. Once it was cleaned, we noticed that the bedsheets and towels were stained, which was really disappointing. We ended up buying our own bedsheets and using them so we could sleep!

De badkamer was aan de oude kant. De kraan bij de wastafel was niet handig in gebruik. De badkamerventilatie maakt best wat geluid en kon het vocht niet goed wegwerken.
