Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel, which is conveniently situated just behind Istiklal Street. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy evening walks, do some shopping, and experience Istanbul’s nightlife. I also truly appreciated that the hotel allowed us to keep our luggage at the reception after check-out until the time of our flight. This was extremely helpful and made our overall experience much more comfortable and convenient.

Cons:

One thing I did not appreciate was the absence of reception staff throughout most of our stay. Both the check-in and check-out processes were handled through WhatsApp, which was not very convenient and made the experience feel less professional. In addition, there was no housekeeping service provided during our stay at the property, which was disappointing.

Overall due to the location we enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time and only slept there. We may have spent lo

The location was great and it had a lift.

Cons:

Lack of sockets and the WiFi was awful. The standard of finish on the building would get a 2/10 from me. The extra bed in the room took all of the space away. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade.

De las dos habitaciones, 1 era como en la foto y era amplia y tenía ascensor.

Cons:

No hay nadie en recepción en ningún momento del día. Para una habitación de 3 personas solo nos dieron 2 juegos de toallas, para una cama doble solo te ponen un edredón individual, pocas horas de respuesta por WhatsApp del personal. Cuando pedías algo ya está a fuera de horas y no te lo traían hasta el día siguiente. No teníamos papel de baño de repuesto. La otra habitación era pequeña y no salía en las fotos, el papel de la pared detrás de las camas estaba en mal estado, todo levantado.

Cons:

Горячую воду надо ждать минут 10 со выключенным на полную мощность краном, в номере было холодно и помогал кондиционер на обогреве
