The property was very clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. I felt completely at home during my stay. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and cooperative, and provided everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was also good. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and if I travel to Kutaisi again in the future, I would definitely stay at this property again.
I honestly don’t have any negative points to mention about this property, as everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to the owner for being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Понравилось практически всё. До центра действительно 5–7 минут пешком, до Белого моста немного дальше, до фонтана тоже можно спокойно дойти пешком — расстояние вполне комфортное. До магазинов со всем необходимым — 3–4 минуты.
Есть парковка на улице, при желании можно попросить поставить машину в закрытый двор. Всё очень удобно.
Сначала нам по ошибке дали другой номер, но потом очень вежливо и спокойно всё исправили: заменили номер и аккуратно перенесли все наши вещи в тот, который мы изначально бронировали. Хотя, по сути, нам было бы комфортно и в первом номере.
Очень гостеприимные и доброжелательные хозяева. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень приятный человек, который в качестве небольшого подарка ещё и вручил нам бутылку вина на прощание. Остались очень довольны!

Blisko centrum, komfortowo, łazienka w pokoju, gospodarze bardzo mili, pozwolili nam zostawić plecaki n cały dzień mimo że wymeldowanie było do godziny 12, ale nasz lot był dopiero wieczorem. Polecam !
Owner is so kind, my room was crystal clean and actually good i recommend that place, parked my bike inside in safe place with cctv and e.q first time i made late night 5am call with owner to confirm booking he waited for me till i came and took my key

Just outside the city centre, with a view of the river from my room. Quiet, clean.
A duvet cover would be more convenient than just a sheet. The doors don't insulate from the sound well, but it was quiet.
The owners are very kind elder couple.

Location
There is no chance to pay by card.
The hotel location is good. But I don't consider it a hotel there is no reception just two people managing the place. But generally the rooms were clean.
There was a leaking happening at the neighbors so we were inserting bidets so we can clean ourselves properly they thought we were the reason for the leak. The water leak that happened needed weeks to reach or damage the place and they were going to call us the police we were very annoyed by that and they even wanted us to pay money for some products that were damaged. We were very angry.
