Cheap , dirty, disgusting

They claim to be 100 percent smoke free, but we had to walk through a cloud of marijuana to get to our room on the 4th floor, it seeped into our room overnight, and they were smoking again first thing in the morning. Staff didn't care, and we had to insist on changing rooms to the ground floor, which didn't smell as bad, but we had to keep our curtains closed due to the homeless people across the road.

First off, the room was very dirty where my clothes had stains. The bathroom mirror was dirty and was not properly wiped down. The AC not working as it should, the room was hot and was not cooling at all. The remote to the television was not to be found, in-till I remove the mattress. I wish the hotel was in better condition and was coming completely comfortable to others liking.

L’accoglienza assente, receptionist veloce e assolutamente non accogliente, struttura vecchia e molto poco curata. Camera direttamente a piano terra con il traffico oltre la finestra. Da non ripetere ….

Hotel was sitting under a express way so so loud especially at night.
Bed linen were made out of polyester sleeping in them were no joke.
Pillows lacked neck support

Front Desk sent us to a room with someone already in it. So that was a first. Didnt know the building was directly under a highway, you heard it all day and night.
