didn’t look like like the shower etc had been cleaned, still had grime in shower cubicle
Had previous customers ear plug laying on chair.
Aircon didn’t work, came up with fault, husband tried to correct it but no luck so room was very hot!!
Room very very small

Son woke up covered in bites!!
