Easy to access tram
Typical Edinburgh - well over priced for what it is
Proximité de l'aéroport
Qualité des matelas
The cleanness and the friendly staff
The location, the open bathroom and the pillows (too hard)
Rooms were clean and close to the tram station.
Not being able to have a coffee in the room . No where to hang towels
Op loopafstand van de tram en trein. Dus je bent snel in het centrum.
Erg dure kamers voor wat je krijgt. Maar voor de rest prima voor 1-2 nachtjes.
Check out at 12
Family room like a ship cabin , incredible small , uncomfortable and dirty
We had an early flight so wanted to stay near the airport. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful showing us how to use the taxi service via a call system on the front desk. We were able to share a taxi in the morning with another guest and split the bill. They sent an 8 passenger van. We did not eat breakfast. Great location. We were able to walk to Nandos for dinner and full mall within walking distance.
Nothing. All good.
Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Haken für Handtücher wäre schön.
It was very convenient for all our needs, close to a great shopping centre. Getting to and from Edinburgh was easy.
We were a bit cramped, but we knew what we booked so no complaints. We might go for a different option next time.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was as described - good basics and clean. If you want to borrow a hair dryer you have to ask at the front desk and they were very helpful storing our luggage during the day for free. It is in a business park so very quiet and there aren't any places for dinner. Transport links are very good, it is a ~5min walk to the nearby Gyle Centre tram stop. There is a shopping centre and Morrisons for snacks. The price you pay is relative for the town - it is much more expensive than a regular ibis budget, but its also one of the cheapest and cleanest properties in the area. You have to remember its a budget hotel and you will not be disappointed.
whilst it was great to have the option of free tea/coffee and water in a communal space, it often ran out of mugs and glasses - especially in the morning. Also, we were lucky to have quiet guests during our stay, but a lot of the interior walls are thin, so we could hear what was being said it other rooms and you may not get as lucky.
