Pros:

La ubicación bastante céntrico y favorecedor, habitaciones y baño confortables, parte del personal amable, mobiliario en buen estado.

Cons:

Internet lento, tv sin acceso a plataformas, ruido externo considerable, nos asignaron habitación en la parte de enfrente debes subir varias escaleras en nuestro caso no fue inconveniente pero creo si necesitan especificarlo puesto que podría ser inconveniente para personas con problemas de movilidad, por el precio podrían mejorar amenidades por ejemplo una cafetera. La persona de recepción de trato seco, le comenté que no me había dejado hacer reservación por 2 noches pero había visto disponibilidad si aún había y comento de manera seca que no que podía volver a checar y ya no había nada, parece no es el mismo trato para reservaciones por Booking, salí rápido a buscar hospedaje cercano para la próxima noche y el servicio fue superior.

Nunca se queden aquí ,porque saldrán con alguna enfermedad porque la comida es una cochinada

La atención,la comida súper grasosa,además que el personal del restaurante súper mal atención deberían de tener unas buenas clases de atención al cliente ,horrible experiencia,jamás había comido tan mal , digo una cosa es que le ponga aceite a la comida Pero ahí parecio q le pusieron medio litro,y eso que se le comento a la mesera ni le importo porque estuvieron súper grasosos jamasss regresaremos , lastima de hotel porque tiene buena ubicación y es bonito

I believe I stayed in room #65 it’s the room next to the restaurant. If you want to rest I suggest you stay on the other side of the Hotel where the reception area is at. During the day it’s really loud and in the mornings and night time you’ll be waken up by the noise of the staff setting the tableware or their loud conversations.
