splendida posizione in riva al lago, camera accogliente, ottima colazione
Pros:

L’albergo è in una splendida posizione che si raggiunge costeggiando laghi e boschi. la terrazza sul retro dell’albergo porta direttamente, attraverso un prato, fino al pontile privato del lago. la stanza era molto accogliente e con letti comodissimi.. ottima colazione, personale, accogliente e molto gentile. una raccomandazione: dal momento che l’albergo è isolato e il ristorante chiude molto presto, se si arriva in serata è utile portarsi qualcosa da mangiare, perché in zona non c’è davvero nulla.

Cons:

la possibilità per gli ospiti in arrivo di mangiare qualcosa almeno fino alle 20.30.. a noi per fortuna hanno fatto un sandwich davvero basic (ma non economico, per quello che era), così almeno non siamo andate a letto digiune.

Really welcoming host and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Our host, Duncan, was extremely welcoming and really helpful. Super funny and even gave us a small taste of whiskey on the house when we mentioned we weren't familiar with Scottish whiskey. An excellent and memorable stay. The food was excellent and the room beautifully decorated.

Fint sted, ligger ude i ingenting men super for naturelskere.
Pros:

Fin beliggende med udsyn til vandet.
Venligt personale og ok, men noget små værelser.

Cons:

Dobbeltsengen var blød i midten, så man konstant gled ind i hinanden i løbet af natten.
Ingen køleskab på værelserne.

Amazing location, views and good with the most friendliest of welcomes!!
Pros:

Lovely hotel with amazing staff (Duncan and Josh). Could not do more to help us (including sorting a lift out for one of us to our next hotel!).

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf Loch Maree.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck unter der Dusche war zu keiner Zeit (weder morgens noch abends) angenehm. Es kam immer nur sehr wenig Wasser.

Un soggiorno piacevole in un hotel storico, con una vista meravigliosa e uno staff davvero accogliente.
Pros:

La posizione è davvero splendida, affacciata sul Loch Maree, con una vista bellissima e un’atmosfera ricca di storia. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e simpatico e ci ha anche offerto un graditissimo upgrade gratuito a una camera con vista lago. Abbiamo inoltre cenato molto bene.

Cons:

La struttura conserva il fascino di un edificio antico, ma alcune parti risultano un po’ datate e avrebbero bisogno di maggiore cura e manutenzione. Anche il giardino, al di fuori della zona principale, appare in parte lasciato a se stesso. Con qualche intervento in più, l’hotel potrebbe esprimere ancora meglio il suo grande potenziale.
