Amazing Food; Poor Service
Pros:

My husband and I loved the food at the Court Boutique. Breakfast was really good and the food in their Italian restaurant is just amazing. Majority of the staff are kind like Danny and the tall gentleman at the front desk who checked us out and served us breakfast most days.

Cons:

That said, we didn't quite enjoy our stay here because it felt like we were walking on egg shells the entire time just because we raised a few issues that we had concern about on the first day. Since then, some of the staff was cold toward us in particular Emmanuel (short dark man) at the front desk.

If you're unsatisfied about something or just have questions, you're better off keeping it to yourself. Otherwise, you will be made to feel like a bother during your stay. We honestly dreaded coming back to the hotel every time we stepped out. Consequently, we bought our own water and toiletries most of the time because we were made to feel like asking to be served was too much.

So why not check out? Our stay was short so it seemed less of a hustle to just stick it out, especially since it was our first time in Rwanda.

Usually hotels replenish complimentary bottled water and toiletries daily but this was not the case in our experience. For a 5-day stay for two people, we got four 500ml water bottles we had to buy most of our water so maybe stock up on water (there's a mini fridge in the room) and toilet paper when visiting.

Faustin était très aimable et m'a assisté avec l'organisation d'une navette pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec la proximité au Kigali Convention Centre.

Best stay yet.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are super friendly and kind.

Cons:

Well the WIFI was a bit slow sometimes but after asking I was told they were having connectivity issues.
