Torneremo a Torino ma in un altro hotel

Pulito e buona posizione

Cons:

Hotel molto sopravvalutato!!! Colazione parte dolce con soltanto croissant e 1 crostata un po Age’ in camera non c’èra ne una penna ne blocco notes frigo bar con SOLO 2 bottiglie di acqua!! Completamente vuoto non vi era neanche un qualcosa da mangiare o bere bagno con minimo indispensabile nessun set di cortesia ( cosa invece normale in un 5 stelle) senza considerare che per raggiungere la camera abbiamo dovuto prendere 2 ascensori e camminare x 10 minuti!! No non torneremo più in questo hotel

Otelin kahvaltı salonun dıışında kaşan genelini beğendim

Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde güzel konum, odalar güzel, otel güzel

Cons:

Kahvaltıyı standart altı buldum ayrıca sabahları halatla girişi kapatmaları ve giriş yerine bir personel koymamalarını çok kaba buldum. Halatın başında birisi gelsin engeli kaldırsın diye beklemek kötü hissiyat. Hiltonlarda bir tek bu otelde gördüm. Ayrıca kahvaltıyı bitime 15 dk önce toplamaya çalışmalarını da nezaketsiz ve kaba buldum. Kahvaltı personeli bitsede gitsek tarzı sertti.

The hotel is experience lies somewhere in between a scam and a serious rip off.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel is presented as having a spa facility on Booking.com, without clearly indicating that access comes from an external business and hence subject to an additional charge (€40 per person, for 90 minutes).
Secondly, and more concerning, the condition of the bathroom fell below acceptable standards for a hotel of this category and price point (€320 per night). As shown in the attached images, there was visible mould, grime and staining along grout lines in the shower and bath area, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance.

Spacious Art Deco hotel with great service
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Turin. The room was extremely spacious, and the Art Deco style throughout the hotel is absolutely beautiful. For art and design lovers, it is a great place to stay.

The fitness room was practical and convenient, and we also really appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly.

The welcome at reception was very good and efficient, exactly how I like it. We also booked the spa as an extra. It was enjoyable, with a sauna, hammam, and other facilities, although at €40 per person it felt a little expensive for the overall service.

Overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but quite classic for a hotel of this standard. A barista would be a welcome addition, as well as freshly prepared eggs by a cook without having to pay an extra €10. That said, we appreciated some of the homemade products.
