Spacious Art Deco hotel with great service
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Turin. The room was extremely spacious, and the Art Deco style throughout the hotel is absolutely beautiful. For art and design lovers, it is a great place to stay.

The fitness room was practical and convenient, and we also really appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly.

The welcome at reception was very good and efficient, exactly how I like it. We also booked the spa as an extra. It was enjoyable, with a sauna, hammam, and other facilities, although at €40 per person it felt a little expensive for the overall service.

Overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but quite classic for a hotel of this standard. A barista would be a welcome addition, as well as freshly prepared eggs by a cook without having to pay an extra €10. That said, we appreciated some of the homemade products.

Çok iyi
Pros:

Kahvaltı dahil değildi ,kimse rahatsiz etmiyordu, personel işini cok iyi yapiyor ama aynı zaman görünmez.

Pros:

Location was in the center, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The water was half drank in the room. The coffee cups that were supposed to be clean, as they were upside down were not. It was clearly used to drink coffee.

ATTENZIONE ai valletti che "parcheggiano" l'auto

La stanza come da descrizione. La posizione centrale.

Cons:

PESSIMO il servizio del Garage: solo una volta arrivato in albergo si scopre che non c'è un garage per tutti ma va prenotato direttamente nella struttura e si utilizza se c'è posto; oltretutto trattasi di "servizio di Car Valet (o parcheggio con conducente)"...ma, essendo il garage sotterraneo il valletto non è in grado di fare risalire l'auto...(immagino sia abituato solo a macchine con il cambio automatico): ho trovato l'auto con un grande odore di frizione bruciata perché il ragazzo non era in grado di risalire la rampa di accesso. Ho dovuto fare per conto mio. Se non si è in grado, si avverte il proprietario anziché sforzare l'auto e rischiare di danneggiarla.

Schade - Turin jederzeit wieder aber nicht im Hilton Hotel!
Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut. Vorallem möchte ich aber noch das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück loben. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Personal am Empfang sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und gar nicht hilfsbereit, abgesehen von den Portern. Grund dass wir Hilton gewählt hatten war eine Parkmöglichkeit. Wir haben während unserer ganzen Zeit keinen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gehabt. Service in der Bar war äusserst unprofessionell und frech (Essen war aber gut). Zudem hatten wir vom 2.Tag an kein WIFI Empfang mehr im Hotel!!
