Unico neo. Nella camera il frigo bar era vuoto. Erano presenti solo due bottiglie di acqua a pagamento. In un albergo di questa tipologia mi aspettavo almeno bottiglie di acqua gratuite di benvenuto e un frigo bar pieno
Hotel elegante in posizione centrale ma tranquilla. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e ben pulita. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile anche con mio figlio di 7 anni.

La habitación estaba tan lejos del ascensor para llegar al lobby que nos perdíamos en el camino. Es hermoso pero creo que la distribución es anticuada y un poco incómoda.

Le fais de nous donner une chambre à l’autre bout de l’hôtel alors qu’il n’y avais pas grand monde.
Et le fais qu’on doit réserver le spa, est que comme par hasard il n’y a pas de place, parce qu’on a pris qu’une nuit…
The hotel's design and furniture were excellent, and small touches in the room added to the sense of comfort. The location was ideal - right in the centre of Turin, yet quiet enough at night for good sleep. Facilities felt modern throughout, and the breakfast spread was vast. Every space, from the room to common areas, was impeccably clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable, and the Crabtree & Evelyn soaps smelled lovely.
A few small things could be improved. The room temperature was hard to control, our shower gel dispenser was empty, and even though the pillows looked fluffy, they flattened significantly and uncomfortably. Two things stood out more: the spa pool wasn't accessible to all guests, and some classic breakfast items, like pancakes, could only be ordered for extra charge. The coffee felt below par for a 5-star hotel in Italy - instant powder in the room, and even the breakfast coffee tasted like it came from a dispenser rather than a proper espresso machine. Again, these are just small things that could better match the hotel's rating.
