We had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Eghishe, who gave us some great tips about the city and was always happy to help whenever we had questions. He also helped us get discounted tickets for the Illusion Center, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt very welcome during our stay.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. We had a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Идеальный отель, отличное соотношение цены и качества. Аренда квартир в Гюмри стоит в разы дороже, чем этот отель. Всё современное, новое, исправное и ухоженное.
Ребята на ресепшене ведут себя очень профессионально. Персонал замечательный, отель чистый, современный и уютный. Завтраки тоже очень хорошие. Часто бываем в Гюмри и впредь всегда будем останавливаться здесь. Рекомендую.
Больше всего понравилось поведение персонала. Несмотря на то, что это молодые ребята (и не факт, что именно из Гюмри), они вели себя очень сдержанно, профессионально и правильно — как в любом хорошем европейском отеле. Наши славянские девушки в летних шортах будут чувствовать себя здесь в полной безопасности и комфорте, потому что персонал просто делает свою работу: они не пытаются снять на телефон, не показывают пальцем и не смотрят в упор неприличным взглядом, как это часто делают в городе (даже полицейские), что очень странно и раздражает.
В общем, немного отвлекся от темы..)) Отель супер, все большие молодцы. Мы обязательно вернемся, потому что за эту цену это отличный вариант в самом центре города

Great modern hotel, high standard
Pros:

Fabulous modern hotel. Reception staff of Asya and the team went the extra mile to welcome us in and find a space to park our motorcycles in a locked garage around the back. The room had everything you would need, in the right place, working and attached to the wall where necessary. TV had some English language channels. A great price too.

Cons:

There was a bit of a whiff from the shower drains and that is why it gets a 9 and not a 10.
