Pros:

Das Restaurant ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! Bei sämtlichen Mahlzeiten waren wir beeindruckt von Auswahl, Frische und Qualität der Speisen. Auch das Personal im Restaurant war sehr kundenorientiert und flexibel!

Excellent location with friendly, helpful staff. A real pleasure to stay.
Pros:

Room was huge for our needs and the staff parking our car & checking us in were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails on the rooftop bar were excellent with a sunset view.

Cons:

Nothing we weren't happy with.

Pros:

The hotel is brand new and luxurious! The spa was great and although it sucks you have to schedule an appointment for it it does feel great having your own private spa/finnish sauna. The food was also amazing for dinner

Bathroom Tap water is very often only like warm?

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Der Pool war bereits geschlossen, die Aussicht von dort dürfte aber noch besser sein. Die Cocktails an der Rooftop-Bar sind gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Cons:

Während wir mit dem Hotel an sich sehr zufrieden waren, waren wir es mit der über das Hotel gebuchten und vom Hotel angepriesenen "Boat tour" überhaupt nicht. Die Natur im Nationalpark ist toll, daran lag es nicht. Wir waren aber davon ausgegangen, dass wir bei der Tour etwas über den Park, den See oder über irgendwas erfahren. Der Fahrer des Bootes sprach aber - abgesehen davon wenn er telefonierte - kein einziges Wort. Nicht mal zur Begrüßung oder Verabschiedung. Formal hat man natürlich nur eine Bootstour versprochen. Bei einem Nationalpark finde ich es aber so selbstverständlich, dass eine Tour Erläuterungen enthält, dass das Hotel darauf hinweisen müsste, dass es nicht so ist. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von anderen Tourenanbietern gleich nebenan. Ich bin sicher, bei denen wird auch mal gesprochen.
